Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform To Study The Medication Rule Of Professor Ma Zhengye In The Treatment Of Insomnia

Background:Insomnia is a common clinical sleep disorder,and its course tends to be chronic Patients will report insomnia recurring over several years.With the change of lifestyle,the incidence of insomnia has increased year by year.Epidemiological surveys abroad have shown that up to 50%of patients report symptoms of insomnia,while related epidemiological surveys in China have found that approximately 35%of the population Insomnia symptoms,10%of the population is associated with impaired daytime function.Insomnia has become a global disease,affecting people's quality of life and mental health,and increasing the risk of other coexisting diseasesModern medical treatment is mainly based on drugs and psychological treatments.Among them,sedatives and hypnotics are the main drugs.There are many adverse reactions.Before treatment,the benefits and risks brought by them must be carefully evaluated,which reduces patient compliance.Psychotherapy is mainly cognitive behavioral therapy,which needs to be implemented under high medical conditions.The duration of treatment is long,and it is not widely implemented under the current medical conditions in ChinaProfessor Ma Zhengye has participated in clinical work for more than 30 years and has rich clinical diagnosis and treatment experience.He is a disciple of Professor Wang Mianzhi,a master of Chinese medicine,inheriting his thoughts on the treatment of-various medical diseases and applying it to the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia.In this study,the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System was used to explore the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for outpatients with insomnia in the past 3 years in order to enrich the clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomniaObjective:Through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5 version),using retrospective research,using association analysis and cluster analysis data mining methods,to mine Professor Ma Zhengye's basic formula,drug pair and core drug combination for syndrome differentiation treatment of insomnia patients,To explore Professor Ma Zhengye's experience in the treatment of insomnia based on syndrome differentiation and to guide clinical medicationMethods:Collected 155 insomnia patients from May 2016 to December 2019 in the outpatient clinic of China-Japan Friendship Hospital,a total of 248 consultations,statistics of basic conditions,collection of counterpart drugs,standardized data,establishment Insomnia prescription drug database,using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform software to perform descriptive statistics,cluster analysis and association rule analysis on the database,analyze prescription rules,and discover core drug combinations.Results:By collecting medical records,screening according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,248 prescriptions were analyzed,and the use frequency,four Qi,five flavor,meridian tropism and association rules among drugs were mined.According to the four Qi analysis of drugs,it is found that the use frequency of warm drugs is the highest;according to the analysis of drug taste and meridian tropism,the most common drugs are pungent and sweet;according to the statistics of drug meridian tropism,the main drugs are liver,spleen and heart meridians;according to the statistics of drug use frequency,it is found that the top six drugs in the use frequency are Cyperus,stir fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,lily,cortex Albiziae,and Codonopsis pilosula;Through the analysis of association rules,the common drug pairs in the first six confidence levels are as follows:stir fried Atractylodes rhizome Xiangfu,Poria cocos Xiangfu,Lily Xiangfu,stir fried Atractylodes rhizome lily,stir fried Atractylodes rhizome tuckahoe and Lily Albizia bark;through the complex entropy gathering system,9 potential new prescriptions are obtained,and 7 alternative new prescriptions are obtained after being screened by Professor Ma Zhengye.Conclusion:Based on the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine supporting platform software for Professor Ma Zhengye's medication rules for clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia,it is concluded that Professor Ma Zhengye's medication rules and unique experience in treating insomnia have significant clinical effects and are worth promoting.
