| Objective:Through retrospective study, the risk factors related to hypertension in female infertility patients were analyzed to provide evidence for the occurrence and prevention of the disease. Methods:Female infertility patients aged 20 to 45 years old who were treated in the outpatient Department of Reproductive Medicine of our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected to be diagnosed with hypertension according to 2018 revised Chinese Guidelines for Hypertension Prevention and Treatment, and patients with secondary hypertension, diabetes with serious heart, brain and kidney diseases and poor blood glucose control were excluded. The data of 100 patients with hypertension and 100 patients without hypertension were collected.General data(age, body mass index, type of infertility, years of infertility, duration of treatment, education, occupation, place of residence, family history of hypertension),lifestyle data(smoking, alcohol consumption,insomnia,snoring,high-salt diet, lack of exercise),psychiatric data(anxiety, depression),and laboratory data(high blood pressure)were compared between the two groups Sugar, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperuricemia)to analyze the risk factors of hypertension in female infertility patients.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.BMI is calculated by measuring the height and weight of patients.BMI≥28kg/m~2 is considered as obesity. The Zung Anxiety(SAS)and Depression(SDS)self-rating scales were used to assess whether the patients had anxiety or depression.SAS standard score ≥ 50 was recorded as anxiety,SDS standard score ≥53 was recorded as depression.Through the above methods,to understand the risk factors of hypertension in female infertility patients. Results:In this survey of 200 female infertility patients, through univariate analysis,we found that obesity, family history of hypertension in general data,insomnia,high-salt diet, lack of exercise in lifestyle data, anxiety and depression in mental factors data, and hyperglycemia, hypercholesterolemia, hyperuricemia in laboratory data are closely related to hypertension.Binary Logistic regression analysis was performed on statistically significant factors in univariate analysis such as obesity, family history of hypertension,insomnia,high-salt diet, lack of exercise, anxiety, depression, hyperglycemia, hypercholesterolemia and hyperuricemia as independent variables. The results showed that obesity(OR 4.19,95%CI 1.69 ~ 10.52),family history of hypertension(OR 7.37,95%CI2.79 ~ 19.49),insomnia(OR 3.03,95%CI 1.24 ~ 7.41),high salt diet(OR 4.15,95%CI 1.32~ 13.03),lack of exercise(OR 2.99,95%CI 1.35 ~ 6.56),anxiety(OR 3.90,95%CI 1.52 ~10.00),depression(OR 3.65,95%CI 1.54 ~ 8.68),hyperglycemia(OR 4.03,95%CI 1.36 ~11.96),hypertriglyceridemia(OR 3.41,95%CI 1.30-8.94)and hyperuricemia(OR3.02,95%CI 1.07-8.50)were independent risk factors for hypertension in female infertility patients. Conclusion:Hypertension in female infertility patients is mainly related to their bad lifestyle and negative emotional experience.Shaping a healthy lifestyle and releasing psychological pressure are important measures to prevent and treat hypertension in female infertility patients. |
