| In the deepening process of China’s healthcare reform,with the changes in population disease spectrum and medical technology,patients’ medical needs have become complex and diverse,medical services have gradually diversified,friction between doctors and patients has continued to increase,and medical disputes have also increased accordingly.Medical disputes not only endanger the development of medical and health undertakings,damage the reputation of medical and health systems,but even affect social stability in serious cases.It is urgent to improve the crisis management of medical disputes,dissolve the contradictions between doctors and patients,and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Based on the crisis management of medical disputes in academic circles at home and abroad,this paper uses Robert Heath’s 4R crisis management theory to select two typical cases of medical disputes from the perspective of health administrative departments,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of medical dispute crisis management from four stages: reduction management,readiness management,response management,and repair management.The author’s analysis found that the crisis management of medical disputes still has problems such as insufficient reduction of management capacity,relatively lagging early warning management,limited response management channels,and passive repair management situation.The author has also conducted corresponding analysis on the reasons for the above problems,and believes that they are mainly related to the lack of legal practice concepts,insufficient allocation of health law enforcement personnel,incomplete warning systems,lack of consensus on solutions,and lack of positive guidance from social public opinion.In response to the existing problems and their causes,this article proposes suggestions for improving the crisis management of medical disputes in Nanning City: cultivating the awareness of medical institutions practicing in accordance with the law to prevent medical disputes,innovating supervision and management methods to enhance the supervision and management efficiency of health administrative departments,and designating specialized institutions and personnel to use the medical dispute information reporting platform built on the basis of establishing a pre alarm information reporting system for medical dispute early warning management,Establish a comprehensive and smooth way to resolve medical disputes,open up the administrative mediation pattern of medical disputes in Nanning City,and vigorously carry out the transformation of medical dispute consequences under the guidance of positive public opinion,in order to achieve more effective crisis management of medical disputes. |
