Based On The Ten-layers Of Pulse Of Traditional Chinese Medicine To Discuss Clinical Efficacy Of Chai Hupingwen Granules On Viral Pneumonia With Pathogens Invading Shaoyang Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chai Hupingwen granules in patients of viral pneumonia with pathogens invading shaoyang syndrome and provide new and effective solutions for the treatment of viral pneumonia.Methods:Using retrospective observational study methods,to choose 35In-patient with an outbreak during the same period diagnosed with 2019 novel coronavirus disease(since COVID-19 is a type of viral pneumonia,COVID-19 is mainly used as an example to observe the efficacy,and all were positive for the first infection)and the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine accord with the pathogens invade the Shaoyang syndrome,from the Xianghu Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March 2022 to May 2022,Among them,16 were male and 19 were female,aged16-74 years,mean age(46.43±15.68)years,and mean course of disease(7.23±3.40)days.Observe the change of CT value before and after taking Chai Hupingwen granules;Observe the before and after of inflammation indicators of White blood cell count(WBC),percentage of lymphocytes(LYM%),lymphocyte count(LY),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6);Develop syndrome score table and pulse level score table,Observe after taking 7doses of Chai Hupingwen granules,improvement situation of clinical symptoms and the situation of pulse changes;Observe the changes of the safety indicators: aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine propyleneaminotransferase(ALT).Results:1.The nucleic acid test of the patients after taking Chaihupingbing granules showed that all the patients had turned negative,and the negative rate was 100%.2.There was no significant difference between WBC and IL-6 before and after administration of Chai Hupingwen granules(P>0.05),LYM%,LY,and CRP showed significant differences(P<0.05),It shows that the Chai Hupingwen granules can raise lymphocyte level,strengthen immune system,and reduce the degree of inflammation.3.After taking Chai Hupingwen granules,the clinical symptoms were improved to some extent,clinical symptom score was significantly lower,among them,all 35 patients reduced fever,with an effective rate of100%,cough,and sore throat,dry mouth,body pain,nasal congestion,expectoration,tongue image were greatly improved,effective rate≥70%,Chest is full of pain,fatigue,diarrhea were improved,effective rate≥50%.4.Ten layers of pulse of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis shows after taking Chai Hupingwen granules the smoothness of pulmonary veins decreased,and the tension of liver veins was relieved,Shown after treatment that the score of liver veins and pulmonary veins is reduced,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Chai Hupingwen granules can effectively relieve situation of liver veins and pulmonary veins.5.No significant abnormal changes were found in AST and ALT before and after administration of Chai Hupingwen granules,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),there was no significant liver injury.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of pathogens invading shaoyang syndrome,Chai Hupingwen granules can improve the CT value of nucleic acid detection,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve immunity,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the condition of tenpulmonary veins and liver veins,there were no adverse reactions duringthe medication,and the safety was good.It shows that the treatment of bububing viral pneumonia may be effective.
