| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Ganlu Shengmai Pill combined with Meridian Ascending Moxibustion in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia,and analyze the efficacy and safety of Ganlu Shengmai Pill combined with Meridian Ascending Moxibustion in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia to provide scientific basis for its future clinical application.Methods : A total of 60 inpatients and outpatients diagnosed with bradycardia in the cardiology Department of Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Hospital from January2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given Ganlu Shengmai Wan 15 pills/time,3 times/day.Combined with moxibustion therapy(" heart point" " kidney point" "black and white inter-point" moxibustion every other day once,with 14 days as a course of treatment);Control group was given Ganlu Shengmai Wan 15 pills/time,3times/day,and the treatment cycle of both groups was 28 days.By observing the clinical symptoms before and after treatment,the resting heart rate of 12-lead electrocardiogram,the average heart rate of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram,the slowest heart rate,the changes of hemuria routine,liver and kidney function,electrolytes and so on,the efficacy and safety of Mongolian medicine Ganlu Shengmai pill combined with pulse rising moxibustion therapy in the treatment of chronic arrhythmia were determined.SPSS25.0 software was used for data processing.t test was used for measurement data and X2 test was used for counting data.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group reached 93.3%,while that of the control group reached 83.3%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group in relieving palpitation,dizziness,chest tightness and other symptoms.(2)The average heart rate and the slowest heart rate of 24 hours after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment.The average heart rate and minimum heart rate of dynamic ECG in the treatment group were statistically different before and after treatment(p<0.05).The average heart rate of dynamic electrocardiogram in control group before and after treatment had statistical difference(p<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in minimum heart rate group(p>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.7%,and that of the control group was 56.7%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 53.3%,and the control group was 23.3%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in ECG and heart rate in the treatment group before and after treatment(p<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in the control group before and after treatment(p>0.05).(4)There were no significant differences in blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte and other safety indexes between 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no adverse drug reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:(1)Ganlu Shengmai Pill combined with Shengmai Moxibustion is superior to Ganlu Shengmai Pill in improving symptoms of Mongolian medicine,especially palpitation,dizziness and chest distress.(2)Ganlu Shengmai Pill combined with Shengmai Moxibustion is superior to Ganlu Shengmai Pill in increasing resting heart rate of ECG and average heart rate of 24-hour dynamic ECG.The effect of the two groups on raising the 24-hour slowest heart rate was similar,and the actual effect was significant.(3)This clinical study confirmed the effectiveness and safety of Mongolian medicine Ganlu Shengmai Pill combined with Shengmai moxibustion.has obvious clinical curative effect,high safety and high clinical value,and is worthy of popularization and application.so that that patient can avoid the operation risk,reduce the medical cost and improve the living standard,and the method has important economic and social significance.(4)It provides scientific basis for clinical application and fills up the blank of Mongolian medicine characteristic therapy "operation" and "medicine" in treating bradyarrhythmia. |
