On The Clinical Efficacy Of Ombination Therapy Operation And Mongolian Medicine On Semen Quality Improvem Ent For Patients With Varicocle

Objective:The clinical efficacy of the improvement of semen quality in patients with varicocele was observed by the surgical combination of Mongolian medicine Narenmandura.Methods:The reproductive age of 20-40 year males of childbearing age with semen varicose veins was collected,and the sperm test met the diagnostic criteria for low and weak sperm disease in accordance with the fifth version of the standard.They were selected from the Mongolian-Western Medicine Urology Department and Reproductive Center of Inner Mongolia University of Nationalities Hospital.60 patients with spermatic vein were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases of surgery,30 cases of surgical combination of Narenmandura.Methods of administration:1.Control Group:Treated patients with ligation of spermatic vein under the microscope,and to check those patients' semen 3 months after surgery.2.Observation Group:Treated patients with ligation of spermatic vein under the microscope.The second day after the operation,patients began to take Narenmandura twice a day,9 capsules a time,and checked the sperm three months after taking the medicine.It was to explore the surgical combination of Narenmandura on the semen quality improvement of patients with varicocele.Results:After three months of different treatment,the expression of forward movement rate of spermatozoa in the patient's semen was obviously good in the observation group,there was a difference between the control group and the observation group,and there was no obvious difference in the expression of sperm concentration between the Control Group and the Observation Group.1.The comparison of the effect on the expression level of forward movement rate of spermatozoa after surgery between the Control Group and the Observation Group:the postoperative semen quality expression level of the observation group was more significant,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The comparison of the effect on the expression level of sperm concentration after surgery between the Control Group and the Observation Group:there was no significant difference,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)before and after the treatment by observing the blood routine,liver and renal function,blood coagulation and other examinations,and no obvious abnormal changes and other side effects were found.Conclusion:Surgical operation combined with Mongolian medicine Narenmandura can improve the semen quality of patients with varicocele,affect the expression of forward movement rate of spermatozoa by making it higher,but no significant effect on the concentration of spermatozoa.
