Objective: 1. Study and observation of the treatment of slow arrhythmia(heart kidney yang deficiency, blood stasis type) in patients with slow arrhythmia;2. Criterion of curative effect:24h-ECG average heart rate, the slowest rate,Heart rate variability(SDNN?SDANN?RMSSD)and TG,TC,LDL-C;3. In this experiment, we also set up some links of safety index detection for future clinical using.Methods:1.According to diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria, 60 patients were divided into study group and control group(30/group,18-80,Not limited to gender);2.Treatment group and then be self side warm heart rhythm steady basis Treated drug treatment on the basis of the original disease, the control group shall then only Shensongyangxin capsule drugs on the basis of the original underlying diseases. 2 groups of 4 weeks as a course.3.The 24h-ECG before and after treatment the average heart rate, the slowest heart rate and HRV(SDNN?SDANN?RMSSD); extract before and after treatment serum TG, TC, LDL-C laboratory testing and record data.4.All these data analysis by SPSS 17.0. Data said in”—xE±s”. All continual variables were compared with the use of t tests.Ratio comparisons were made using ?2test,p<0.05 was taken to indicate statistical significance.Results:1. Treatment group before and after treatment comparison: the 24 hours average heart rate after treatment, the slowest heart rate and heart rate variability were improved; serum TG, TC, LDL-C values have decreased, with statistical significance(P <0.01)2. Pre-treatment and post-treatment control group comparison: the 24 hours average heart rate after treatment, the slowest heart rate and TG, TC, LDL-C values were improved(P <0.01 or P <0.05),with statistical significance; but heart rate variability with no statistical significance(P>0.05)3. Comparison between the treatment group and contrast group: the treatment group after 24 hours of treatment to enhance the average heart rate than the control group(P <0.01); clinical symptoms were improved integration of traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment group more significantly(P<0.05); most slow heart rate in both groups improved and better treatment group(P <0.01); levels of serum TG, TC and LDL-C fell by an average treatment group decreased more significantly(P <0.01); two groups were not serious adverse reactions.4. Conclusion: Wen Xin Tang significantly enhance the heart and kidney yang deficiency, blood stasis type of slow arrhythmia patients with 24 h average heart rate, the slowest heart rate, improve heart rate variability and can reduce serum in TG, TC, LDL-C index, improve clinical symptoms.Based on the detection of relevant safety indicators, show safety can be sure that no relevant liver and kidney damage, no serious adverse reactions, can be a lot used in clinical.
