Objective To explore the expression of formyl peptide receptor 3(FPR-3)and cell proliferative antigen(KI67)in breast cancer and its clinical significance.Method Retrospective analysis of clinical data and follow-up data of 100 breast cancer patients treated from January 1,2019 to December 31,2021 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Technology(Huainan First People’s Hospital),postoperative cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue specimens, immunohistochemistry to detect KI67 expression level, immunofluorescence to detect FPR-3 expression level,Correlation analysis was performed usingχ~2test combined with clinical pathological data. Results The expression levels of FPR-3 in breast cancer and adjacent tissues were 76%and10%,respectively,and there were significant differences between the two(P<0.05).The expression levels of KI67 in breast cancer and adjacent tissues were 72%and 12%,respectively,and there were significant differences between the two(P<0.05).The expression of FPR-3 and KI67 was correlated with TNM stage, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the expression of FPR-3 and KI67 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a certain correlation between the levels of FPR-3 and KI67 and tumor classification, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of FPR-3 and KI67 was not statistically significant(P>0.05)in both the expression of FPR-3 and KI67 was independent of age and tumor size(P>0.05).The positive expression level of FPR-3 and KI67 in breast cancer tissues was positively correlated, and the correlation between the two indexes was processed by Spearman grade correlation analysis, where r=0.375,P<0.05 was judged to be statistically significant, and KI67 increased with the increase of positive expression of FPR-3.Conclusion FPR-3 and KI67 are important auxiliary indicators for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.Figures 4 Tables 3 References 40...
