Objective:ki67 is an important marker for the proliferation of therioma. Here we mainly explore the expression of cell nuclear antigen Ki67 in Triple native breast cancer and its clinicopathologic significance. Methods:to use immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of ki67 in 30 cases with TNBC and another 350cases in pericancerous normal breast tissues, and analyze its relationship with clinicalpathologcal significance.Result:The positive expression rate of ki67 in TNBC is 70%While it has neally no expression in pericancerous normal breast tissues. The positive expression rate of ki67 in TNBC was significantly higher than that in pericancerous normal breast tissues. The positive expression rate of ki67 inⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲare 37.5%,78.6%,87.5%,has significant difference(p<0.05).The positive expression rate of ki67 in TNBC with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis are 71.4%and 68.7%,the result has no significant difference(p>0.05).The positive expression rate of ki67 in postmenopausal women with TNBC and premenopausal women with TNBC are 63.6%and 73.6%,the result has no significant difference(p>0.005).There is no significant difference between the expression of ki67 and tumor size, systematized nomenclature of pathology. Conclusion:The positive expression rate of ki67 in TNBC was significantly higher than that in pericancerous normal breast tissues. It's conected with TNM.
