Development Of Family Caregivers’ Care Energy Scalefor Children With Developmental Hip Dislocation

Objective:Developed children with developmental hip dislocation family caregivers care scale,parallel letter validity test,for medical workers to provide system,scientific developmental hip dislocation children family caregivers care ability assessment tools,at the same time for clinical development for improve developmental hip dislocation children family caregivers care ability intervention measures to provide guidance.Method:1.With the framework of knowledge,trust and practice theory,through literature search,semi-structural interviews,group discussion and other methods,the dimensions and items of family caregivers’ care scale for children with developmental hip dislocation were initially formed.2.Evaluated the dimensions and items of the family caregivers of care capacity scale of children with developmental hip dislocation through two rounds of Delphi expert letter inquiry,and screened and revised the dimensions and contents of the items according to the expert letter consultation to form the initial scale.3.Using convenient sampling method in Kunming,Yunnan province,a level 3 first class children’s specialized hospital bone surgery of 174 line closed reduction frog plaster fixation developmental hip dislocation children family caregivers for the survey object,the application developed the children with developmental hip dislocation family caregivers care ability initial scale for test,and the scale line project analysis and reliability and validity detection.Results:1.Scale dimension and entry pool establishment results:comprehensive literature search,half structure interview and group discussion results,extract developmental hip dislocation family caregiver care ability related care knowledge,care beliefs,care skills,social resources support four topics,preliminary constructed contains seven dimensions,43 developmental hip dislocation children family caregivers care can table entry pool.2.Results of the initial scale: the positive coefficient of the experts was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.87,Kendall’s W was 0.188 and 0.206 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01);After two rounds of letter inquiry,the mean score of the index increased,the standard deviation and coefficient of variation decreased,and the concentration degree of expert opinions increased.Form an initial scale of family caregivers’ care capacity for children with developmental hip dislocation with 7 dimensions and 40 entries.3.Item screening results: A total of 6 items were deleted by item analysis(dispersion degree method,critical value ratio method,correlation coefficient method,homogeneity test),forming a family caregiver care capacity scale for children with developmental hip dislocation including 7 dimensions and 34 items.After exploratory factor analysis and rotation analysis,a total of 9 items were deleted and 5 valid common factors were extracted.After group discussion,the family caregiver care ability scale for children with developmental hip dislocation with 25 dimensions was formed.4.Credit and validity test results: for children with Developmental hip disloc ation:I-CVI:0.813～1.000,overall S-CVI:0.902;reliability test: Total table Cronbach’s α coefficient:0.840,Cronbach’s α coefficient for 5 dimensions between 0.601～0.822.Conclusion:The developed caregiving ability scale for family caregivers of children with developmental hip dislocation has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to assess the caregiving ability of family caregivers of children with developmental hip dislocation.
