Objective: To study the distribution characteristics of related factors in post-stroke depression(PSD)and the distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine constitution after stroke depression of different severity. This study was used to determine the correlation between PSD severity and different risk factors.By studying the distribution of TCM constitution in patients with PSD of different severity, and the characteristic symptoms of PSD with different constitutions, this paper provides a theoretical basis for early corresponding physical conditioning and intervention.Research Methods: The subjects were patients who were admitted to the outpatient clinic of the Department of Stroke Rehabilitation of the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to November 2022 and were hospitalized in the undergraduate department.A total of 210 cases were collected, including 1case excluded,10 cases shed, and 199 cases that met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, which were divided into three categories of mild, moderate and moderate depression according to the depression score of HAMD.The impact of general patient data, related factors such as stroke stage, and final treatment of vascular risk factors on the severity of PSD was analyzed.According to the criteria for determining the constitution of patients, the distribution law of TCM constitution and the characteristic symptoms of PSD in patients with different PSD severity were studiedResearch results:(1)Analysis of factors related to the severity of depression after stroke: the severity of PSD was correlated with gender, educational experience, vascular risk factors, neurological deficit, recovery, daily living ability and final treatment score data, and there were no significant differences in the patient’s occupation, age, stroke type, and stroke disease stage distribution(2)Distribution of TCM constitution in different severity of depression after stroke:patients with mild depression had the most yin deficiency, followed by qi deficiency, blood stasis, and phlegm and dampness. The physical distribution of patients with moderate and severe depression is more common in qi and depression, followed by blood stasis and yin deficiency.Complex constitution is the most common among collected patients.(3)The main symptoms of different TCM constitutions in PSD patients: Qi deficiency and yang deficiency patients have block symptoms as the main manifestations,Qi depressed patients have somatic anxiety symptoms and sleep disorders as the main manifestations, sputum and wet patients have diurnal change perception disorder as the main manifestation, and Yin deficiency patients have weight change and blocking symptoms as the main manifestations.Conclusion:(1)There was a correlation between the severity of depression after stroke and the gender, educational experience, vascular risk factors, neurological deficits, recovery, daily living ability and final treatment score data.(2)Yin deficiency is more common in patients with depression after mild stroke, and more common in patients with moderate and severe temperament.Among the investigated patients with PSD,blockade symptoms were the main manifestations of qi deficiency and yang deficiency patients, somatic anxiety symptoms and sleep disorders were the main manifestations of patients with sputum and wet matter, and weight change and blocking symptoms were the main manifestations of yin deficiency patients.
