Object:To investigate the distribution characteristics of T-physiology and related factors in patients with post-stroke depression(PSD),and to determine the correlation between post-stroke depression and various risk factors through the study of factors related to depression. To provide an epidemiological basis for the prevention of further progression of depression, and to perform physical syndrome differentiation in patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression with TCM physique means,so as to intervene early biased physique, improve the therapeutic effect of post-stroke depression, and improve patient depression.Status to improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:The study was a prospective study of clinical cases. The subjects were outpatients and inpatients of the affiliated hospital of Hebei University.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,499 eligible subjects were screened, and all subjects were divided into mild depression patients and moderate depression patients according to the HAMD score.Investigate the general data of patients and the related factors of post-stroke depression such as vascular risk factors, stroke location and nature, education level, neurological deficit degree, daily living ability level, etc.,and explore mild to moderate depression according to TCM constitutional criteria. The distribution of TCM constitution in patients. All data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software to analyze whether the degree of depression in PSD patients was related to gender, education level and other factors, and further analyze the regularity of the distribution of TCM patients with mild to moderate depression..Results:1.Sex factor:There was no statistically significant difference in gender distribution between patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression,ie gender was not associated with depression in PSD.2.Risk factor:Patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression have statistically significant differences in various vascular risk factors(hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, hyperlipidemia),ie,hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, etc. The factors are related to the degree of depression, and those with mild depression are mainly hypertension, and those with moderate depression are mainly diabetes.3.Level of education:The distribution of education in patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression was statistically significant, that is,the level of education was related to the degree of depression, and the degree of depression in patients with mild depression was low, mainly in illiterate and primary school, and patients with moderate depression.Undergraduate and above, colleges and universities, with positive correlation characteristics, the higher the education level, the more likely PSD occurs, the higher the severity of depression.4.Stroke type:There was no significant difference in the distribution of stroke types between patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression,ie,there was no significant correlation between the degree of PSD depression and the nature of stroke.5.Stroke site:There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of stroke in patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression, and the patients with mild to moderate depression were mainly on the left side.6.ADL Scale:There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of daily living ability between patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression, that is,the differences in daily living ability were related to the degree of depression in PSD and negatively correlated with the degree of depression. The lower the ADL score, the higher the severity of PSD.7.NIHSS Integration Check Scale:There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of neurological deficit between patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression, and it was positively correlated with the degree of depression in PSD.The more severe the neurological deficit, the higher the degree of depression.8.TCM constitution distribution:Mild depression is mainly caused by qi stagnation, followed by blood sputum, yin deficiency,qi deficiency, phlegm and dampness, yang deficiency, damp heat, peace and quality, and sputum.Patients with moderate depression are mainly blood stasis, followed by qi deficiency,qi stagnation, yin deficiency, damp heat, phlegm dampness, yang deficiency, peace and quality, and sputum.Patients with mild to moderate depression are more common with complex constitution.Conclusion:1.Analysis of related factors in patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression: There was no significant correlation between gender and stroke type distribution in patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression, and related to vascular risk factors, stroke location, daily living ability level, and neurological deficit score.2.The distribution of TCM constitution in patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression: those with mild depression were mainly stagnation, followed by blood stasis and yin deficiency.Patients with moderate depression were mainly blood stasis, followed by qi deficiency and qi stagnation.Patients with mild to moderate depression are more common with complex constitution.
