Experience Summary On Characteristics Of Clinical Experience Of Professor Jiang Lihong Treating Cardiac Neurosis Based On Datamining Technology

Objective: Through the cloud platform V2.3.5 of ancient and modern medical records,data mining and analysis of 200 cases of patients with cardiac neuropathy were conducted to sort out the core prescriptions,common drugs and the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Jiang Lihong,etc.,and to summarize the drug experience of Professor Jiang in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide reference for future clinical drug use.Methods: A total of 200 patients with cardiac neurosis treated in Jilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were collected by means of photo collection.432 prescriptions were obtained from 200 patients who met the criteria.Basic information of patients,TCM tongue and pulse,syndrome prescriptions and other data were collected.After the data were verified,the database was established and standardized,and the data was statistically analyzed to obtain the medication characteristics of the tutor in the treatment of this disease.Results:1.The results showed that among the 200 patients with cardiac neurosis,about 75% were female and 25% were male.Female patients are more susceptible to the disease,and the age group between 40 and 65 is the highest incidence of cardiac neurosis.2.The main symptoms are palpitation,shortness of breath,poor sleep,fatigue,chest tightness,dry mouth,irritability,dizziness,chills,bitter mouth and other symptoms.3.In this study,432 prescriptions involved 252 traditional Chinese medicines,and the frequency of use was 6147 times.20 TCM with ≥90 times of use were screened for cluster analysis,and there were 4 core cluster groups,which were respectively(1)fuling,Pinellia ternata bupleurum,keel and oyster;(2)cassia twig,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,Prepared licorice,angelica sinensis and paeonia lactiflora;(3)fructus aurantii,platycodon grandiflorum,Zhimu,Astragalus,cohosh(4)caulis polygoni multifori,albizia,ginseng,Chuanxiong,ophiopogon.4.This study found that sweet medicine was the main prescription,and the properties were mainly warm and flat.Mainly return to the spleen meridian,the effect is mainly to Shengjin nourishing blood,and supplemented by Yang,liver,water and other drugs treatment.5.Research and screening found four core prescriptions for the treatment of cardiac neurosis: clinically,Shenglu Decoction,Sijunzi decoction,Guizhi Licorice keel Oyster soup as the basis.Conclusion:1.The most common symptom type of cardiac neurosis is the syndrome of phlegm stagnation.Professor Jiang believes that the main causes of cardiac neurosis are emotional causes.2.The symptoms of cardiac neurosis,such as palpitation,shortness of breath,poor sleep,fatigue,chest tightness,dry mouth,irritability,dizziness,chills and bitter mouth,are consistent with the symptoms of spittoon.3.In the treatment of cardiac neurosis,Professor Jiang advocated two-heart therapy,focusing on psychotherapy as well as drug therapy.To relieve the patient’s symptoms.
