| Objective:This study mainly observed the clinical effect of angelica Yuliren Decoction combined with compound Berberine ointment on acute anal fissure with bloodheat and intestinal dryness,and compared it with lactutose combined with compound berberine ointment.To clarify whether angelica Yuliren Decoction combined with compound berberine ointment is superior to lactutosum combined with compound berberine ointment in relieving wound pain,reducing wound bleeding,relieving dry defecation,promoting wound healing,reducing recurrence rate and improving symptoms of blood-heat and intestinal dryness acute anal fissure.By verifying its curative effect,it can be popularized and applied in clinic.Methods:A total of 72 patients with blood-heat and intestinal driness acute anal fusions admitted to the Anal enterology Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from November 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to self-made random number table,with 36 cases in each group,36 of which were treated with lactutose combined with compound berberine ointment as control.36 patients were treated with angelica Yuliren Decoction combined with compound berberine ointment as experimental group.The relevant therapeutic indexes of the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment were observed,including the score of wound pain between the two groups,the score of wound bleeding between the two groups,the score of dry stool between the two groups,the score of wound healing between the two groups,the recurrence after cure between the two groups,the score of TCM syndrome,the overall efficacy,etc.The difference in efficacy between the two groups was analyzed according to the data recorded at the time nodes of the 3rd,7th and 14th days after treatment.SPSS26.0 software was used to make statistics and collate all the data,and the therapeutic effect difference between the control group and the experimental group was compared according to the therapeutic effect scores,and the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome and the overall curative effect after treatment were evaluated,and the relevant experimental conclusions were finally drawn.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the general data(gender,age,course of disease)between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.The wound pain scores of the two groups on day 3,day 7 and day 14 after treatment were compared by independent sample t test,and the score of the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in reducing wound pain.The independent sample t test was used to compare the wound bleeding scores of the two groups on the 3rd,7th and 14th days after treatment,and the score of the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in reducing wound bleeding.Independent sample t test was used to compare the score of dry stool on the 3rd,7th and 14th day after treatment between the two groups,and the score of the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in the treatment of dry stool.The rank sum test was used to compare the wound healing between the two groups.There were significant differences in the distribution of wound healing between the control group and the experimental group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the experimental group(76.47%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(33.33%),indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in promoting wound healing.Chi-square test was used to compare the recurrence after cure between the two groups.There was a significant difference in the recurrence rate between the control group and the experimental group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group(7.14%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(47.37%),indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in reducing the recurrence rate.Independent sample t test was used to compare the scores of TCM syndroms of the two groups after treatment.The scores of TCM syndroms of the experimental group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in the treatment of anal pain,dripping blood in stool,dry stool,abdominal distension,yellow urine,red tongue,pulse and string number of TCM syndroms.It is suggested that angelica Yuliren decoction is suitable for the etiology and pathogenesis of blood-heat intestinal dryness anal fissure and has good clinical effect on blood-heat intestinal dryness anal fissure.The rank sum test was used to compare the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups.The distribution of TCM syndromes between the control group and the experimental group was significantly different(P<0.05),and the significant recovery rate of the experimental group(88.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(45.45%),indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group in TCM syndrome efficacy.The rank sum test was used to compare the overall curative effect between the two groups.The distribution of the overall curative effect between the control group and the experimental group was significantly different(P<0.05).The cure rate of the experimental group(88.23%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(24.24%),indicating that the overall curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Angelica Yuliren Decoction combined with compound berberine ointment is better than lactulose combined with compound Berberine ointment in relieving wound pain,reducing wound bleeding and improving dry stool.Compared with lactufructose combined with compound berberine ointment,angelica Yuliren Decoction combined with compound berberine ointment can effectively promote wound healing of blood-heat and intestinal dryness acute anal fissure,shorten wound healing cycle,reduce recurrence rate and prevent further formation of chronic anal fissure.Compared with lactufructose combined with compound berberine ointment,angelica Yuliren Decoction combined with compound berberine ointment can effectively treat various TCM syndromes of blood-heat intestinal dryness acute anal fissure,suggesting that angelica Yuliren decoction is suitable for the etiology and pathogenesis of blood-heat intestinal dryness acute anal fissure,and has better clinical efficacy for blood-heat intestinal dryness acute anal fissure.Angelica Yuliren Decoction combined with compound Berberine ointment can effectively treat acute anal fissure with blood-heat and intestinal dryness under the premise of ensuring safety. |
