Clinical Observation Of Yukudingtong Ointment In Treatment Of Stage Ⅰ Anal Fissure(blood Heat And Bowel Dryness Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of yukedingtong ointment on the treatment of stage1 dry anal fissure(blood heat and bowel dryness),and hope to have a certain significance for the future clinical treatment and the study of anal fissure,in order to relieve the pain of patients.Methods: 60 patients with stage 1 anal fissure(blood heat and bowel dryness)were randomly divided into two groups: control group(n = 30),treatment group(n = 30),treatment group(n = 30),treatment group(n = 30),treatment group(n = 30),treatment group(n = 30),treatment group(n = 30),treatment group(n = 30),treatment group(n = 30),treatment group(n = 30),treatment group(n = 30).After 7 days of unified treatment in the two groups,the scores of anal fissure patients in the two groups in terms of pain and bleeding,as well as the comparison of wound healing time between the two groups were compared.The results of each group were analyzed by SPSS24.0Results: There was no statistical significance in general information(gender,age)between the two groups(P20.05).The scores of anal pain and bleeding in two groups of patients were compared on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after treatment,and P <0.05 showed statistical significance.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.33%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 76.56%.The effective rate of the two groups was compared,the treatment group showed significant IT control,A statistical meaning X(P<0.05).The comparison of healing time between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).It suggested that drugs in the treatment group could accelerate the healing of the wound.
