As a global public health emergency,the epidemic situation of novel coronavirus infection has posed a great threat to the life and health of all human beings,as well as a severe challenge to global public health governance.In order to further pool the global anti epidemic efforts,accelerate the process of global epidemic prevention and control,and further make up for the shortcomings of global governance while maintaining human life and health,Chinese President Xi Jinping timely put forward the important discourses on a global community of health for all on international occasions.With the theme of "a global community of health for all",on the basis of extensive study and systematic review of relevant research literature,the paper defines the connotation of human health community,discusses the formation background of Xi Jinping’s important discourses on a global community of health for all,analyzes the main content and theoretical characteristics of this statement,and further refines the contemporary value of this important statement.The research shows that Xi Jinping’s important discourses on a global community of health for all is based on the community theory of Marxist classic writers and the health and epidemic prevention thoughts of previous leaders of the CPC,combined with the basic situation of current international and domestic epidemic prevention and control and the valuable experience of cooperation between China and the international community in the field of public health as its practical basis.In terms of content,Xi Jinping’s important discourses on a global community of health for all insisted on the primary principle of "people first",called for common solidarity and cooperation,guaranteed the right to basic health,and improved the system and mechanism,and emphasized the extreme importance of international cooperation in the field of public health.We will build a practical approach by promoting and improving the new pattern of the global public health governance system,ensuring the R&D and fair distribution of public health products such as vaccines,maintaining the role of multilateral cooperation mechanisms,and revitalizing the sluggish world economy.This important statement reflects Xi Jinping’s profound thinking on issues related to human health and well-being around the world,and its distinctive character also fully demonstrates the theoretical characteristics and rich thinking methods contained in the sinicization and modernization of Marxism,and embodies a clear people’s position,a broad global perspective,a clear problem orientation,and scientific forward-looking thinking.In addition,this important statement also reflects the scientific connotation of dialectical thinking,strategic thinking and innovative thinking.In terms of theoretical value,this important statement enriches and improves the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,highlights and embodies the great advantages of the Chinese system,and provides a Chinese plan for human society to overcome the difficulties;In terms of practical value,it has provided relief for the global public health governance system,guaranteed the health and well-being of people around the world,and provided a platform for China to play its role as a great power.To sum up,the research on Xi Jinping’s important discourses of a global community of health for all will,to some extent,help the academic community to deeply grasp this important statement and provide some theoretical reference.It will not only help dispel the negative situation of the world caused by the epidemic in the century,but also provide some experience and reference for deeper protection of the health of people around the world from a long-term perspective.
