Study On The Symbiotic Mechanism Of Building “Global Community Of Health”

In the face of the wild spread of the new coronavirus,the international community has turned its attention to the field of public health.In this context,President Xi Jinping issued a great call to build a “global community of health”.This call puts the lives and health security of the world’s people first,and aims to address transnational public health problems that have profoundly affected or will affect the entire human race.However,due to the many governance dilemmas in the field of global public health governance,such as the large differences in national health governance concepts,the wave of "counter-globalization" that continues to encroach on multilateral health cooperation,and the problems in the supply and management of public health products in the international community,the actual construction of a“global community of health” is difficult.The actual construction of a “global community of health” is difficult.Therefore,based on the symbiosis theory,this article proposes a bold idea of building a symbiosis mechanism of “global community of health”,hoping to provide some new ideas and solutions for the current global public health governance.As a unity of philosophical concept and theoretical analysis tools,symbiosis theory has reasonable applicability to the construction of symbiosis mechanism of “global community of health”.On the one hand,the “global community of health” is the basic development trend of human society in the symbiosis era,and on the other hand,the international community has the basic conditions for the construction of the symbiosis mechanism of the “global community of health”.Firstly,it emphasizes the competition and cooperation between members of the symbiosis;secondly,it emphasizes that the key to real symbiosis is to establish a sustainable development model;thirdly,it emphasizes that innovation is the energy source to maintain the effective operation of the symbiosis.Based on the above three points,the optimization path of the symbiosis mechanism of “global community of health” can be adopted: on the basis of optimizing the symbiosis environment,continuously stimulating the innovation vitality of the symbiosis units and strengthening the integration of resources among the symbiosis units,relying on the incentive and energy distribution model of the symbiosis model,and providing the“global community of health” with a better and more efficient symbiosis mechanism.In addition,by cultivating more symbiotic interfaces,the symbiotic units of the“global community of health” symbiosis mechanism can create rich connection channels,which will eventually make the “global community of health” symbiosis mechanism more efficient.The symbiotic mechanism of the “global community of health” will operate more smoothly.
