Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Neuropathic Tinnitus Of Spleen-Stomach Weakness By Fei Teng Ba Fa Of Acupuncture Of Time Acupoints Space

Objective: To observe the changes in the therapeutic index scores of Fei teng Ba Fa of acupuncture of time Acupoints Space for neuropathic tinnitus of spleen-stomach weakness,and explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Fei teng Ba Fa of acupuncture of time Acupoints Space for neuropathic tinnitus of spleen-stomach weakness,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of neuropathic tinnitus of spleen-stomach weakness.Methods: 72 patients with neuropathic tinnitus of spleen and stomach weakness who met the inclusion criteria were analyzed,They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table combined with random number remainder method,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Fei teng Ba Fa of acupuncture of time Acupoints Space,and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture,Both were treated 24 times(2 sessions).Tinnitus handicap Inventory(THI)was the main outcome measure,tinnitus severity questionnaire(TEQ)and visual analogue scale(VAS)of ear fullness were the secondary outcome measures.All patients were evaluated before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 72 patients were included in the study.35 patients in the treatment group completed the study,with 1 patient falling off.In the control group,34 people completed the study,1 person fell off,1 person was eliminated,and a total of 69 people completed the study.(1)There was no significant difference in gender,age,and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.(2)Intra-group comparisons: There were statistically significant differences in THI score,TEQ score and ear tightness VAS score between the two groups at pre-treatment and post-treatment(P<0.05).(3)Comparison between groups: there were no significant difference in THI score,TEQ score and VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparability;there were statistically significant differences in THI score,TEQ score and VAS score between groups after treatment(P<0.05).(4)In the experimental group,after 2 courses of treatment,9 patients were cured,18 cases were significant progress,5 cases were efficacious,and 3 patients were not efficacious,the total effective rate was 91.43%.In the control group,after 2 courses,1 case was cured,9 cases were significant progress,18 patients were efficacious,and 6 cases were not efficacious,the total effective rate was 82.35%.Efficacy was not significantly different between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The cure rate plus significant efficiency was significantly different between treatment and control groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)the treatment of neuropathic tinnitus by the Fei teng Ba Fa of Acupuncture of time Acupoints Space has a good clinical effect.(2)Fei teng Ba Fa of acupuncture of time Acupoints Space is better than conventional acupuncture in the treatment of neuropathic tinnitus of spleen and stomach weakness,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
