Analysis Of Syndrome Elements In Patients With Spleen And Stomach Weakness Type Tinnitus

Objective: To analyze the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes of spleen and stomach type weak tinnitus,and to analyze the contribution intensity and correlation of syndrome elements of spleen and stomach weak type tinnitus patients to syndrome differentiation;to study the syndrome elements and tinnitus psychoacoustic characteristics of each syndrome The relationship between factors such as tinnitus-related scales and other factors provides a scientific basis for the spleen-stomach weakness and its subtypes of objective differentiation of tinnitus.Method: 1.Select 70 patients with spleen and stomach-deficiency tinnitus from February 2016 to October 2018,collect basic information and four diagnostic data,based on spleen and stomach weakness and subtypes(spleen qi deficiency,spleen yang deficiency,spleen deficiency and dampness)According to the dialectical classification of syndrome differentiation,all patients with spleen and stomach weakness were divided into four subtypes: spleen weakness,spleen yang deficiency,cold and dampness spleen and damp heat and spleen.2.The TCM syndrome elements are divided into ear syndromes,systemic syndromes,two-menstrual syndromes,and tongue-like veins for comparative analysis and systematic cluster analysis of the subtypes;general information,subjective Information,psychoacoustic characteristics,and tinnitus severity scale results were compared between subtypes and systematic cluster analysis to study the differences and correlations.Using disordered multi-class logistic regression analysis,the elements of syndrome elements and subjective and objective information can be used as the reference basis for syndrome differentiation of spleen and stomach,and the TCM syndrome elements and subjective and objective information that may affect the syndrome differentiation of spleen and stomach weakness are systematically clustered.Class analysis.Result: 1.The long-term tinnitus,white fur,pulse,tinnitus,tinnitus severity assessment(Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire,TEQ)score increase,the increase of tinnitus frequency on the syndrome differentiation of spleen and stomach weak tinnitus Statistical significance(P <0.05).2.TCM syndromes were divided into four parts: ear symptoms,systemic symptoms,tongue-like pulse,and two-passage.Clustering of ear syndrome factors in the distance of 10-15 can lead to three classifications,and the results have strong correlation.3.Systematic cluster analysis showed that there was a high correlation between the scores of auditory allergy,upset and tinnitus disorder(Tinnitus Handicap Inventory,THI)in patients with spleen and stomach weak tinnitus;age,grade of deafness,duration of disease,companion Headache,dizziness and tinnitus have a high correlation all the time;tinnitus is high in correlation with 7 syndromes such as snoring,sleep disorder,positive cause of inhibition and residual inhibition,tinnitus frequency,TEQ score and binaural ringing.Limb drowsiness,thick tongue coating,poor appetite,headache and deafness have a high correlation;burnout weakness,tinnitus fatigue,tongue dentate,stool thinning and TEQ score,tinnitus loudness,etc.have a high correlation Sexuality;shortness of breath,lack of color,reddish tongue,fat tongue,white fur,greasy fur,pulse sinking,pulse fine and residual inhibition positive,there is a high correlation between the cause of the disease.4.The main syndrome elements of patients with spleen and stomach weak tinnitus are as follows: tinnitus for a long time,sounds like sputum,staying up all night,more fatigue,aggravation,shortness of breath,fatigue,fatigue,weakness,poor appetite,visible stools,dull The tongue is reddish,the fur is white or greasy,with scalloped teeth,fine veins or strings.Conclusion: 1.Tinnitus for a long time,pulse Shen,white fur,tinnitus such as sputum,TEQ score and tinnitus frequency can be used as a reference for the differentiation of various subtypes of spleen and stomach weak tinnitus.2.In the spleen and stomach weakness type,the influence factors of TCM syndromes of patients with different subtypes of tinnitus are different.3.TCM syndromes of spleen-stomach-deficiency tinnitus patients can be divided into ear symptoms,systemic symptoms,tongue-like pulse,and two-partural system for cluster analysis.The ear syndrome can be used as a high correlation.An important reference for the syndrome differentiation of spleen and stomach weak tinnitus.
