Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Jiugong Needle Blade Combined With Acupoint Selection Along Meridians On Lumbar Disc Herniation

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiugong needle knife combined with meridian acupoint selection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,compare with ordinary acupuncture combined with meridian acupoint selection,evaluate the difference in efficacy of the two treatment methods,and explore the clinical advantages of Jiugong needle knife combined with meridian acupoint selection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 72 LDH patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the outpatient Department of Orthopaedics of Kuming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 1,2021 to December 1,2022,Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jiugong needle knife combined with meridian acupoint selection,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with meridian acupoint selection.VAS score,JOA score and ODI score were collected before,after and 1 month after treatment,The data were summarized and processed statistically.Result:1.The two groups of patients were comparable in gender,age,course distribution,lumbar disc herniation segment,meridian distribution and other aspects(P>0.05);2.The VAS score,JOA score and ODI score of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P > 0.05);VAS score,JOA score and ODI score of the two groups were improved after treatment and 1 month after treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the experimental group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Effective rate: The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group at the end of treatment and 1 month after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Safety: No treatment-related adverse reactions were reported in both groups.Conclusion:1.Both treatment methods can effectively relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the lumbar movement of patients,improve the quality of life of patients;However,the overall curative effect of Jiugong needle knife combined with meridian acupoint selection is better than that of ordinary acupuncture combined with meridian acupoint selection,and the long-term effect is better.2.In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the short-term and long-term effective rate of Jiugong needle knife combined with meridian acupoint selection was significantly higher than that of ordinary acupuncture combined with meridian acupoint selection,and the curative effect was sustainable.3.No adverse reactions occurred in this experiment,it shows that Jiugong needle knife combined with meridian acupoint selection therapy is safe,which provides a certain reference for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
