Research On The Rules Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Fuyang Method For Gynecological Common Diseases Based On Data Mining

Objective : To sort out the theory of gynecological Fuyang in ancient literature,combined with the data mining research of modern gynecological cases of Fuyang method,to explore the rule and characteristics of Fuyang method in gynecological clinical treatment.Methods : Literature collection of ancient literature on the theory of gynecological Fuyang,sorting out the development and application of gynecological Fuyang theory in different ages.The representative medical cases of Fuyang method were collected,and the research papers of Fuyang method in the treatment of gynecological diseases were retrieved.The symptoms,tongue and pulse,treatment methods and drug information in the literature were extracted and sorted out.Descriptive statistical analysis,association rule analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis and complex network analysis were carried out by using the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform to explore the medication rules of Fuyang method in the treatment of common gynecological diseases.Results : Through the data research on the origin of Fuyang method and some cases,it can be seen that although the physiological and pathological characteristics of women ’s " blood-based " are recognized by doctors,Fuyang method is still an important treatment that cannot be ignored in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases such as menstruation,pregnancy,childbirth,breast and other diseases.This is reflected in : 1 widely used,there is no death : in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases,Fuyang method has been applied,as long as the syndrome differentiation and compatibility are appropriate,it can be described as no contraindications,such as the prescription can be rigid and soft,or Fuyang to regulate Yin,or warming Yang while caring for Yin and blood,and as the three reasons,because people consider women ’s characteristics and whether pregnancy,etc.,because of the cold,heat and dampness of the regional climate,because of the time to consider the transmission of Yin and Yang;2 Emphasize the cause of cold wind : that the woman ’s body is easy to virtual,cold wind into the virtual,guest in the meridians,uterus,stagnation of blood vessels caused by gynecological diseases,more treatment to warm scattered;3 Rectify the disadvantages,to flat for : against paranoid cold and heat,clinical emphasis on differentiation of cold and heat deficiency,flexible application of Fuyang method,treatment of yin and yang balance.Further data mining analysis was carried out on the medical records and case data of modern Fuyang method in the treatment of gynecological diseases.It was found that Fuyang method was widely used in dysmenorrhea,abdominal mass,metrorrhagia,infertility and amenorrhea.The law of Fuyang method in the treatment of five diseases was excavated,and the rules of symptoms,tongue and pulse,treatment and medication were analyzed.The uniqueness of treatment and medication was sorted out.It was found that the application of Fuyang method was treated with warming uterus,warming and dredging,warming and tonifying,warming and consolidating due to different characteristics of the disease.
