| ObjectiveThe data mining method was used to analyze the characteristics and prescription rules of Professor Zhang Xikui’s treatment of chronic kidney disease in stage 3～5 from the method of dredging fu organs and discharging turbidity,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for better inheriting and carrying forward Professor Zhang Xikui’s academic thought.MethodsFrom January 2018 to December 2022,we collected the medical records of chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 who were treated in the Second People ’s Hospital of Fujian Province and the outpatient department of Professor Zhang Xikui in the Guoyitang of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria of this study.Through statistical methods such as basic information analysis,frequency analysis,system clustering,association rule analysis,and Gephi0.9.2 drawing complex networks,the prescriptions for the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3～5 from the Tongfu Xiezhuo method were analyzed,summarized,and summarized.Results1.This study included 105 medical records,a total of 210 visits,61 males and 44females;the highest incidence was in the age group of 41-50 and 51-60.2.A total of 123 herbs were included in this study,and 55 herbs were used more than5.00%.The commonly used herbs in this study were:Astragalus,Poria,Rhubarb,Aconite,Eucommia,Alisma,Malt,Grain Bud and other herbs.The medicinal properties of warm herbs are the most,followed by flat and cold herbs;the taste of sweet and bitter is the most,followed by spicy and light;in terms of meridian tropism,the spleen and kidney meridians are the majority,followed by the liver and stomach meridians;the efficacy of herbs was classified as tonic herbs,accounting for 27.94%,and the remaining herbs with a frequency of more than 5%were:diuretics,digestive herbs,purgatives,warming herbs,and heat-clearing herbs.3.In terms of herb association,astragalus,rhubarb,aconite and poria are the most closely related and widely used.Commonly used herb pairs are:millet bud-malt,pinellia-perilla leaf,coptis-amomum,rhubarb-aconite,alisma-poria,etc.4.There are 5 groups of basic prescriptions:the first group:Astragalus,Poria,Rhubarb,Eucommia,Alisma,Malt,Guya,Dipsacus,Polyporus,Epimedium,Dog spine,Coix seed,White peony,yam;the second group:Huangqi,Fuzi,Dahuang,Fuling,Duzhong,Chenpi,Tusizi,Baihe,Yinyanghuo,Liushenqu,Muli,Shancigu,Dangshen,Yimucao;the third group:Huangqi,Fuling,Fuzi,Maiya,Zhuling,Cheqianzi,Lingxiaohua,Baishao,Shiwei,Yimucao;the fourth group:Astra-galus,Malt,Guya,Jineijin,Hawthorn,Liushenqu,Pinellia,Dendrobium,Radix Pseudostellariae;the fifth group:Huangqi,Fuling,Zexie,Baixianpi,Qianshi,Mohanlian,Difuzi,Ligustrum lucidu-m,Chantui,Sanqi.The core prescription of the overall complex network:Astragalus,Poria,Rhubarb,Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata,Eucommiae Cortex,Alisma,Guya,Malt,Jineijin,Chenpi.The core herbs of the K-core inner ring are:Astragalus,Poria,Rhubarb,Aconite,and the second ring herbs are:Eucommia,Alisma,Guya,Malt,Jineijin,Chenpi.Conclusions1.Professor Zhang Xikui believes that the pathogenesis of CKD3～5 is based on the deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,and the retention of turbid toxin and blood stasis is the standard,which is the combination of deficiency and excess,cold and heat.Turbid toxin is the main pathogenic factor and pathological product of this disease.2.In terms of treatment,the disease reaches Jueyin.Professor Zhang Xikui combined with the condition of the disease,syndrome differentiation and treatment,attack and tonification,and strengthening the body,paying attention to dredging fu-organs and discharging turbidity,mainly to dredge the intestines,bladder and sanjiao fu-organs to discharge turbidity.According to the different turbidity pathogens,they were treated with disinhibiting water and percolating dampness,resolving phlegm and eliminating turbidity,eliminating heat and drying dampness,quickening the blood and eliminating stasis.3.In terms of medication,astragalus,poria cocos,rhubarb and other drugs are most commonly used,mainly tonic drugs,water-draining and dampness-percolating drugs,and digestive drugs.Warm,flat and cold drugs are the most important,and sweet and bitter drugs are commonly used.Commonly used drug pairs include millet sprouts-malt,rhubarb-aconite,Poria-Alisma,Dictamni Cortex-Kochiae Fructus,Pinelliae Rhizoma-Perillae Folium,Coptidis Rhizoma-Amomum villosum.4.In terms of prescription medication,Dahuang Fuzi Decoction is the main one,and the core herbs are Astragalus,Poria,Rhubarb,Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata,Eucommiae Cortex,Alisma,Guya,Malt,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium and Chicken Endothelium.Among them,Astragalus is the monarch,Poria,Rhubarb and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata are ministers,and Eucommiae Cortex,Alisma,Guya,Malt,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium and Chicken Endothelium are adjuvants.The other basic prescriptions are Wuling powder,Zhenwu decoction and Huangqi Erzhi pill. |
