| Background: Chronic heart failure(CHF) is a complex clinical syndrome, severe stage of various heart diseases. The incidence rate of CHF is high, the clinical symptoms of the patients 5 years survival rate is similar with malignant tumor. In recent years, the incidence of heart failure will continue to grow, CHF is becoming the most important cardiovascular diseases in twenty-first Century.Since twentieth Century 90 years,The treatment of CHF has maked major changes. The purpose of treatment has changed from short-term hemodynamic status to the repair of long term strategy, from the strong heart, diuresis, expanding blood vessel to the Suppression of ventricular remodeling, even the application of device therapy.But patients with poor quality of life, repeated hospitalization rate and high mortality rate is still the objective existence of the problem.Long term simple western medicine cause liver and kidney damage, and the price is expensive, so diagnosis and treatment of the heart failure has become one of the difficult problems of public health and clinical medicine research.Objective: Through the randomized controlled study, to observe the clinical effect of routine western medicine combined with "Tongfu Xiezhuo method" in the treatment of "chronic heart failure Fushi syndrome", and make evaluation on its safety.Method: This study adopts random principle, strictly abide by the diagnosis and the inclusion criteria, were collected to meet the requirements of the 60 cases of hospitalized patients. 27 cases of coronary heart disease, 18 cases of hypertensive heart disease,pulmonary heart disease in 15 cases. 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Of which 31 cases of treatment group, there were 16 males, 15 females, age 64.6±4.5 years old, as the primary disease of coronary heart disease in 14 cases, 6 cases of pulmonary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease in 11 cases; the control group of 29 cases, including 15 cases of male, female 14 cases, age 64.5±5.3 years, 13 cases of coronary heart disease, 8 cases of pulmonary heart disease, 8 cases of hypertensive heart disease, two groups in gender, age and there is no significant difference(P > 0.05). All the patients were to meet the grade one and grade two, the inclusion criteria of patients hospitalized with heart failure, given bed rest, limited water and sodium intake, body weight monitoring, psychological counseling, education management. The control group in accordance with the guidelines recommended in 2014 China heart failure diagnosis and treatment, given diuretics, neuroendocrine inhibitor(ACEI, ARB, aldosterone receptor antagonist), beta blockers, positive inotropic drugs and vasodilator and other basic treatment; The treatment group in western medicine treatment on the same basis, to Tongfu Xiezhuo Decoction Treatment. Use method: water decoction, one dose daily, four service points, each time 100 ML, 7 days as a course. The two groups were observed before and after treatment of two courses of treatment, the blood pressure, heart rate, calm state of electrolyte, liver and kidney function, blood routine, urine routine and compared between the two groups of treatment of asthma, edema, Fu Shi degree, grade of heart function, LVDD and LVEF were detected before and after treatment.Result:1 After treatment, the treatment group 31 cases, 14 cases markedly effective, effective 15 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.5%. The control group of 29 patients, 5 cases markedly effective, effective 17 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency of 75.9%. Therefore,the totle effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group.2 The two groups before and after treatment of edema, abdominal distension, asthma and other symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine have improved, including abdominal distension and edema symptoms, treatment group. compared with the control group improved more significantly, efficiency of significant(P < 0.05); But between asthma symptoms in the two groups had no significant difference in efficiency(P > 0.05).3 Through the comparison of the two groups before and after treatment, cardiac ultrasound EF value had great difference(P < 0.05), but between LVDD had no significant difference(P > 0.05).4 The two groups before and after treatment showed no obvious side effects appear.Conclusions: The triple energizer congestion should be one of the important pathological basis of chronic heart failure, Tongli triple burner is one of the most important rules for the treatment of chronic heart failure. Tongfu Xiezhuo therapy in the treatment of chronic heart failure organs disease result is exact, have curative effect to control heart failure clinical symptoms, improve heart function, improve the quality of life etc.. Combined with conventional western medicine treatment the curative effect is better than pure western medicine therapy.
