The Effect Of Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue Combined With Sunshi Dingtong Decoction On Cytokines(IL-10,IFN-γ) And Hemorheology Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Blood Stasis Type

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue combined with Sunshi Dingtong decoction on dysmenorrhea symptom scores,cytokine(IL-10、IFN-γ),and hemorheology levels in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of blood stasis type,in order to explore the efficacy of Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue combined with Sunshi Dingtong decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of blood stasis type.Method74 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of blood stasis type who visited the Gynecology Clinic of Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated with Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to September 2022,and randomly divide them into an experimental group and a control group,with 37 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue combined with Sunshi Dingtong decoction.Sunshi Dingtong decoction was taken five days before the onset of menstruation and continued for seven days,while also performing Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue exercises once a day.Exercise was stopped during menstruation.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,which were taken when the abdominal pain began before and after menstruation,and stopped when there was no abdominal pain.The changes in dysmenorrhea symptoms scores,cytokine levels(IL-10,IFN-γ),and hemorheology were observed in both groups before treatment and after three menstrual cycles of treatment.The changes in dysmenorrhea symptoms scores were also observed in both groups three months after stopping the treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue combined with Sunshi Dingtong decoction for treating blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea.Result1.General data comparison: There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in age,course of disease,age at menarche,menstrual cycle,menstruation,and all other observation indicators between the two groups before treatment,indicating comparability.2.Comparison of dysmenorrhea symptom scores: Within-group comparison after treatment showed that the dysmenorrhea symptom scores were lower than before treatment in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Between-group comparison after treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Comparison between the two groups three months after stopping the treatment showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),with the experimental group performing better than the control group.3.Comparison of dysmenorrhea efficacy: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.9% after treatment,and that of the control group was 83.3%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),indicating similar efficacy between the two groups.Three months after stopping the treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.1%and that of the control group was 75%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating better efficacy in the experimental group.The experimental group had better improvement in symptoms of patients with severe dysmenorrhea,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.Comparison of cytokine IL-10: Within-group comparison before and after treatment showed that the IL-10 level increased significantly(P<0.05)in both groups.Between-group comparison after treatment showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),with the experimental group performing significantly better than the control group.5.Comparison of cytokine IFN-γ: Within-group comparison before and after treatment showed that the IFN-γ level decreased significantly(P<0.05)in both groups.Between-group comparison after treatment showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),with the experimental group performing significantly better than the control group.6.Comparison of hemorheology: After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and red blood cell hematocrit decreased in both groups.Both groups could improve the hemorheology level,but the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1.Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue combined with Sunshi Dingtong decoction for pain relief can alleviate symptoms of dysmenorrhea,improve hemorheology,increase serum IL-10 level,and reduce IFN-γ Horizontal.2.According to the follow-up results three months after drug withdrawal,Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue combined with Sunshi Dingtong decoction is more durable in relieving symptoms of dysmenorrhea,and has better efficacy in patients with severe dysmenorrhea,which is superior to simple western medicine treatment.
