Study On The Current Situation Of Resource Allocation And Service Of Health Check-up Institutions In Xinjiang

Objective : To analyze and understand the resource allocation and service status of health screening institutions in Xinjiang through a survey of health screening institutions in Xinjiang.Methods: This study is a situational study,and the survey was conducted on independent or attached medical institutions approved with a license to engage in health screening business throughout Xinjiang,and the survey period was from January to December 2020,and the survey included the basic situation of health screening institutions,including the basic situation of institution type,institution level,nature of operation,and total area of screening business;the resource allocation of health screening institutions Health checkup institution resources configuration,including the total area of the checkup business,practitioners,equipment configuration and information technology construction;health checkup institution services,including the development of health checkup services and health management services.Results:(1)Xinjiang health check-up institutions are distributed in 14 prefectures across the territory,with the most in Urumqi,34,accounting for 18.89%,and the most health check-up institutions in northern Xinjiang,98,accounting for 54.44%.Showing a predominantly attached public integrated medical institutions,the development of health checkup institutions in the northern border is better than that in the southern and eastern border.(2)In the resource allocation of health checkup institutions,there are 87 institutions with checkup business area concentrated in 400-2000 square meters,and the number of institutions with more than2000 square meters is 25;in the human resource allocation,health checkup institutions in Xinjiang also have human resource shortage and talent shortage;Xinjiang health checkup institutions attach importance to information construction,and the number of institutions using health checkup and management information system,157 institutions,accounting for 87.22%,and 161(89.44%)medical checkup institutions provide various services to checkup patients through information technology;health checkup institutions in Xinjiang are equipped with equipment to carry out routine medical checkup items,in addition to special equipment for disease risk assessment in some institutions,and among health checkup institutions,public institutions are equipped with Among the health check-up institutions,public institutions are equipped with higher types and quantities of equipment,mainly shared with clinical equipment.(3)In Xinjiang health checkup institutions,the basic items are well developed,and most of the special checkup items are well developed;in terms of health management services,about 70% of the health checkup institutions provide interpretation of checkup reports and health education services,88% of the institutions provide post-test follow-up services,and health intervention and follow-up services need to be strengthened.Conclusion: Xinjiang health checkup institutions are developing well,under the influence of unbalanced economic development,health checkup has unbalanced institutional development and insufficient human resources,the scale of institutions,institutional information construction,institutional equipment configuration and other aspects have been developed,health checkup institutions medical checkup service items and health management service items set up increasingly perfect.
