Professor Sun Weizheng’s Clinical Experiencein Differentiating And Treating Immune Chronic Aplastic Anemia And The Characteristics Of Drug Use

Objective:With the help of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform software,it analyzed the symptoms and prescriptions of patients with chronic aplastic anemia treated by Professor Sun Weizhen’s clinic,and summarized,refined and summarized the medication rules and clinical experience of Professor Sun Weizhen in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:Patients with chronic aplastic anemia were collected from the hematology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018-September 2022 to Professor Sun Weizhen.After screening and standardizing the data,it was input into the "V3.0" system,and the drug frequency,four qi,five tastes,meridian,efficacy and prescription characteristics were analyzed,and the new prescription combination was generated through cluster analysis.Results:Through sorting out and analyzing the collected clinical data,80 medical cases were screened out.28 Chinese medicines used more than 20 times were obtained.Drugs were mainly warm,744 times,accounting for 41.59%;sweet,1340 times,accounting for 52.57%;1307 times,29.83%,911 times,20.79%,spleen 602 times,13.74%;deficiency,1050 times,accounting for56.69%.syndrome was mainly distributed in kidney Yin deficiency and kidney Yang deficiency,accounting for 57.50% and 42.50%,respectively.The analysis was followed as the core drug for immune thrombocytopenia.Three new prescriptions were obtained using the term " cluster analysis ’.Conclusion:1.CAA in the outpatient department of Traditional Chinese medicine is mostly chronic disease,with more women and more men,kidney Yin deficiency and kidney Yang deficiency are more common,and it has the clinical characteristics of "Yang deficiency is easy to treat,Yin deficiency is difficult to regulate".It is concluded that Professor Sun’s treatment mainly takes tonifying kidney and nourishing essence,nourishing the marrow and producing blood.2.Warm,cold and flat;sweet and bitter taste;kidney meridian,liver meridian and spleen meridian are the main taste and meridian of Professor Sun.3.American ginseng,licorice,swine cocos and white flower herb are the core drugs of Professor Sun for the treatment of CAA.
