Objective:Discussion to analyze the disease characteristics and maternal and fetal outcomes of critically ill pregnant women,so as to provide future experience in the prevention and treatment of critically ill pregnant women and the improvement of adverse maternal and fetal outcomes.Methods:he First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University is the key maternal care and referral center of Xinjiang metropolitan region of China,in this paper,we collected the relevant information of the pregnant women who visited and referred to them between January 1,2019 and December 31,2022,379 critically ill pregnant women were included in the case analysis,and the characteristics and development trend of critically ill pregnant women between 4 years were studied.And stratified by whether or not transferred to the ICU,331 patients transferred to the ICU group and 48 patients not transferred to the ICU group were employed χ 2 analysis the general data,clinical data of the above two groups were dissected and contrasted.Results:(1)Based on the data collected from critically ill pregnant women over the past four years,it can be seen that analyzing the causes of critically ill pregnant women reveals that the top four diseases causing critically ill pregnant women are postpartum hemorrhage,pregnancy with heart disease,gestational hypertension,and placental abruption,especially postpartum hemorrhage caused by placental factors.(2)Among them,346 cases were transferred to the ICU ward for further treatment,with postpartum hemorrhage and pregnancy complicated with heart disease ranking in the top 2.(3)It can be seen from the statistical data whether there is regular prenatal examination that in recent years,follow-up pregnant women have increasingly attached importance to prenatal examination during pregnancy.Regular prenatal examination has statistical significance for the prognosis and maternal and infant outcomes of critically ill pregnant women(P<0.05).(4)The proportion of hysterectomy in the non ICU group was lower than that in the ICU group,and there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of pregnancy outcomes,delivery methods,gestational weeks,and abortion history between the two groups(P<0.05)Conclusion:Postpartum hemorrhage,pregnancy with heart disease,gestational hypertension,and placental abruption are the main causes of critically ill pregnant women;Standardized management during pregnancy can effectively reduce the adverse outcomes of perinatal infants and reduce maternal mortality;Obstetrics is no longer an independent department,and combining obstetrics with multiple disciplines for the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill pregnant women can minimize the adverse outcomes of pregnant women;Accurately determining the condition of pregnant and lying-in women and promptly referring critically ill pregnant and lying-in women can greatly reduce the critical condition of pregnant and lying-in women caused by gestational hypertension and obstetric bleeding...
