Objective:At present, there are many treatment for breast cancer, but there is a lack of economic and easily available prognostic indicators. At present, the research results have proved that the body inflammatory reaction is closely related to the rapid division, germination and differentiation and maturation of malignant tumors, and NLR,as one of the key observation indicators reflecting the body inflammatory state,is closely related to the prognosis of cancer patients. Therefore, this study discusses the clinical characteristics, pathological characteristics and prognostic significance of preoperative NLR and breast cancer patients.Methods:171 patients with breast cancer diagnosed in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were included in the study. The clinical data and pathological data of preoperative lymphocytes,NLR,neutrophils were statistically analyzed, and then the ROC curve was analyzed to obtain the AUC value. The value of NLR in predicting the prognosis of breast cancer patients was judged, and the optimal critical value of NLR was calculated accordingly,Finally, the high NLR(NLR>2.11)group and the low NLR(NLR ≤ 2.11)group were used to distinguish the study subjects, and the relationship between preoperative NLR and case characteristics and clinical data of the two groups were compared. At the same time,Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw the birth survival curve, and on this basis,Log-rank was further used to explore the difference in the final total survival of different groups of patients. The relationship between NLR and other related factors and the prognosis of breast cancer patients was discussed by regression analysis. Results:The area under the ROC curve of NLR is 0.835(>0.7),which is of high value in predicting the prognosis of breast cancer patients.Through grouping comparison and analysis,it is found that the NLR value of patients with recurrent and metastatic breast cancer is generally higher than that of patients without recurrence and metastasis, and the difference is statistically significant.Through comparative analysis,it can be concluded that the preoperative NLR level of tumor patients with high histopathological grade, large primary tumor area, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis, vascular invasion of cancer cells is generally at a high level(P<0.05).At the same time,we found that in the univariate analysis, the above factors can affect the prognosis of patients.Multivariate analysis showed that only distant metastasis was an independent prognostic factor for breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.NLR level is of high prognostic value for breast cancer patients;2.The prognosis of patients with high preoperative NLR(NLR>2.11)is worse than that of patients with low preoperative NLR(NLR≤2.11).Therefore,patients with high preoperative NLR need closer follow-up observation;3.NLR is a factor affecting the prognosis of breast cancer patients. |
