Clinical Observation Of Chinese Herbal Fumigation Combined With Danshen Injection In The Treatment Of Early Knee Osteoarthritis(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrom)

Purpose:By observing the changes of clinical symptoms and signs of early knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)treated by fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Danshen injection,this paper evaluates its clinical effect and explores its advantages in relieving knee joint pain,eliminating knee joint swelling and improving knee joint function,so as to provide some ideas and treatment methods for treating knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Methods:From May 2022 to January 2023,60 patients with early knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)were selected as the research object,and their names,ages,gender and other basic information were recorded respectively.Randomly divided into two groups,namely,the observation group(3 0 cases):treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Danshen injection;Control group:30 cases were treated with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sodium hy aluronate injection.The visual analogue pain index(VAS),Lysholm function score of knee j oint,active range of motion of knee j oint(AROM)and short depression scale(GDS-15)were statistically analyzed before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate was followed up one month after treatment.Results:1.The general data of the observation group and the control group,such as gender,age,course of disease,location of the disease,Body Mass Index(BMI),were statistically analyzed,and all of them reached P>0.05,which was not statistically significant and could be compared.2.Through the intra-group statistical comparison between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment,it is concluded that the P values of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Lysholm score of knee joint,Active Range of Motion(AROM)of knee joint and GDS-15 score are all less than 0.01,and the difference is extremely significant,indicating that the treatment effect of the observation group and the control group is remarkable.3.Through the statistical comparison between the observation group and the control group after treatment,it is concluded that the P values of VAS score,Lysholm score of knee joint and AROM score of knee joint are all less than 0.01,indicating that the curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group in relieving knee joint pain and improving knee joint activity,while the P value of GDS-15 score is greater than 0.05,indicating that the two groups have similar effects in relieving depression.4.Clinical efficacy and recurrence rate:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no difference in the recurrence rate one month after treatment.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)not only has a significant therapeutic effect on knee joint pain and knee joint functional activities,but also can improve the degree of depression of patients.This treatment can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also benefit the psychological health development of patients.Moreover,this treatment method has high safety and low recurrence rate,which is worth popularizing.
