Application Value Of Dermatoscopy In Diagnosis Of Lichen Planus

Objective:To explore the diagnostic method of lichen planus,the role of dermoscopic image analysis technology in the diagnosis of lichen planus.Methods:76 outpatients suspected to be diagnosed as lichen planus in the dermatology clinic from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected for dermascopic and histopathological biopsy.The dermatoscopy data,pathological data and clinical data of76 patients were selected.Statistics and summary were performed,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software.Results:Of the 76 patients diagnosed with lichen planus in the dermatology clinic,62 were diagnosed as lichen planus by laparoscopic examination,and the positive rate was81.58%.64 cases were confirmed by histopathology,and the positive rate was 84.21%.A total of 61 patients with lichen planus were diagnosed after dermatoscopy and skin histopathological biopsy.Compared with histopathological results,the total coincidence rate of dermatoscopy diagnosis was 94.74%,specificity was 91.67%,sensitivity was95.31%,misdiagnosis rate was 8.33%,missed diagnosis rate was 4.69%,Kappa value was 0.815,Youden index was 0.870..Conclusion:For the clinical diagnosis of lichen planus,dermascopic examination has high accuracy,specificity and sensitivity,and can be used as an effective diagnostic method for lichen planus.
