Abstract/Summary:
ObjectivesThe purpose of this study is to make a Chinese version of the Team job crafting scale for nurses(TJCS-N)and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the scale.In order to explore the applicability of the scale in the nurse population in China.MethodsAfter obtaining the Mako Iida authorization of the original scale author by e-mail,the improved Brislin translation model was adopted to carry out the Chinese translation process of the original scale,and through translation,back translation and cross-cultural adjustment,the equivalence of concept and semantic expression between the Chinese version and the original scale was ensured,and finally the Chinese version of Team job crafting scale for nurses was formed.By using the sampling convenience method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 578 clinical nurses who met the inclusion criteria in five Grade3 A hospitals in Anhui Province from July 2021 to March 2022.In this study,SPSS22 software is selected to input data,analyze the decision value of each item,correlation coefficient of each item and total score,exploratory factor analysis,internal consistency coefficient and retest reliability,and AMOS22.0 software for validation factor analysis.Measurement data are described by mean ± standard deviation(x ± s),and frequency,rate or composition ratio of counting data are described.After screening items by project analysis method,scale reliability was evaluated by Cronbach’s α coefficient,retest reliability and half reliability,exploratory factor analyzed the structure validity of the scale,and by the content validity index and the average content validity index of the scale.ResultsIn this study,the Japanese version of the team job crafting scale for nurses was transformed into Chinese,and the Chinese version of the scale contained 2dimensions and 13 items.The results of item analysis showed that the average difference of 13 items in the scale between high and low groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the items were well differentiated and all were retained.The reliability analysis results showed that the Cronbach α coefficient of the total scale was 0.945,the half coefficient was 0.872,and the retest reliability was 0.925,both> 0.7,indicating that the scale has good internal consistency and stability across time,which can accurately measure the team job crafting behavior for nurses.The results of validity analysis showed that the horizontal content validity index(I-CVI)of the scale items was 0.778-1.000,and the average content validity index(S-CVI)of the scale was 0.923,indicating that the scale performed well in terms of relevance,representativeness and understandability.On the basis of keeping the items of the original scale,two common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,the contribution rate of cumulative variance was69.415%,and the factor load of each item was more than 0.4,and there was no double load phenomenon.Referring to the naming of each dimension in the original scale,it was named team job task crafting,team job relational and cognitive crafting remodeling respectively.The results of confirmatory factor analysis show that the fitness of the model is good,and the correlation coefficient between 13 items and their latent variables is between 0.62 and 0.85,indicating that the latent variables have a high degree of explanation for the observed items.At the same time,the correlation coefficient between dimension 1 and dimension 2 is 0.84,indicating that there is a strong correlation between dimensions.ConclusionThe Chinese version of TJCS-N scale has good reliability and validity and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the team job crafting behavior of Chinese nurse population.The purpose of this study is to monitor and improve the team job crafting behavior of nursing team in China,to explore the influencing factors and intervention measures,so as to construct a team job crafting model suitable for local culture and to provide a scientific basis for improving the team job crafting level of domestic nursing team work,aim to promote the in-depth development of team job crafting in the nursing field.
