Objective:To implement the cross-cultural adjustment of the original English Team Development Measure TDM,to test its reliability and other psychometric performance,and to evaluate and study the residents in a third-class A-level hospital in Shenyang City,Liaoning Province.The applicability of TDM scale in the evaluation of resident teamwork ability.It aims to provide a measurement tool for the development and evaluation of the medical team in my country and provide a reference for the medical team to carry out targeted medical education and career planning.Methods:Firstly,the author of the TDM scale compiler Professor Ronald Stock agreed to introduce and translate the Chinese version of the TDM scale.Follow the cross-cultural adaptation procedure of the scale recommended by the World Health Organization(WHO),and carry out forward translation,expert panel,back translation,pre-test and cognitive interview on the English version of the TDM scale.Using a cross-sectional survey,a stratified cluster random sampling of 800 resident physicians was selected as a research object in a third-class first-class hospital in Shenyang City,Liaoning Province,and a questionnaire survey was conducted using the general data questionnaire and the cross-cultural adjustment TDM scale.Use SPSS 23 and AMOS23 statistical software packages to test the reliability and validity of Chinese version of TDM scale and other psychometric performance,and analyze the factors that affect TDM.Results: 1.Introduction of the scale and cross-cultural adjustment: follow the introduction of the scale and the cross-cultural adjustment procedure,and finally form the TDM scale after localization.2.The reliability test of the scale: the internal consistency of the total scale Cronbach's ? coefficient is 0.89,and each dimension is between 0.50-0.88;the half-reliability is 0.87.3.The validity test of the Chinese version of the TDM scale: The first confirmatory factor analysis based on the four dimensions of the source scale 2 was 1363.09,df was 246,2/df was 5.54,RMSEA was 0.08,NFI was 0.77,CFI was 0.79,IFI was 0.79,GFI 0.85,AGFI 0.82,RMR 0.03.The results of the first confirmatory factor analysis did not meet the standard.Afterdeleting items 15 and 16,the confirmatory factor analysis was conducted again.The result 2 was 951.84,df was 203,2/df was 4.69,RMSEA was 0.07,NFI was 0.83,CFI Is 0.87,IFI is 0.86,GFI is 0.88,AGFI is 0.86,RMR is 0.01;the test results of the known group validity show that the total score and the scores of each dimension have been trained in teamwork in the past three months."The difference between the two groups is statistically significant;the r-coefficient of polymerization validity ranges from 0.33-0.80(P<0.05).Distinguishing validity All entries show that the correlation with their respective dimensions is higher than other dimensions(P<0.05).4.Results of single factor analysis: The overall score of teamwork development is subject to different satisfaction with work or internship environment,different self-learning ability,different job competence levels,whether you have received training on teamwork in the past three months and general medical treatment in different departments The impact of service quality scoring was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Multi-factor analysis results: The important factors influencing the development of team cooperation include different self-learning capabilities,whether they have received training in team cooperation in the past three months,and the overall medical service quality scores of different departments.Conclusion: After testing,the Chinese version of the TDM scale after cross-cultural adjustment has good reliability and validity,and can provide an effective evaluation tool for the development status of the medical team,and thus provide a theoretical basis for improving the team cooperation ability and management of the medical team.The main factors affecting team development include satisfaction with the work or internship environment,independent learning ability,job competence,teamwork training,and evaluation of the overall medical service quality of the department.In the process of resident training,resident teamwork training can be conducted in response to these factors to promote the quality of team development,improve the medical environment,and improve patient safety.
