| Objective:To investigate the effect of scopolamine before air enema in resetting of acute intussusception in children under X-ray monitoring. To verify the "spasm theory" of acute intussusception in children and to explore the clinical value and prognostic benefit of antispasmolytic drugs before reduction of intussusception. Methods:Children with acute intussusception admitted to the Children’s General Surgery Department of Anhui Children’s Hospital,Pediatric Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given racondamine hydrochloride injection(0.2ml/Kg)before air enema. The types of intussusception, time of enema, pressure of enema, radiation exposure time and success rate were recorded in the two groups during the air enema reduction process. After sorting out all the observation indicators,SPSS20.0 was used for corresponding statistical analysis of the clinical data.Results:(1)A total of 95 children were admitted, including 55 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group. The male to female ratio in each group was close to 2:1,which was comparable between the two groups.(2)There was no significant difference in age, sex, length of hospital stay, type of intussusception and the number of successful reduction cases between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).(3)During the process of air enema, the indexes of enema time, enema pressure and radiation exposure time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of anisodamine spasmolysis before air enema reduction can effectively reduce the enema time, enema pressure and radiation exposure time of children with intussusception, and fully ensure the effectiveness and safety of air enema in children with intussusception, which has important clinical application value. |
