Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with acute intussusception in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric intussusception.Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 10 years,382 cases of children with acute intussusception First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, admitted to pediatric surgery, their clinical characteristics and treatment conditions.Results:January 2005-January 2015 were treated 382 cases of acute intussusception, air enema 354 cases,259 cases of success (73.2%),14 cases of recurrence (5.4%). Different course of air enema reduction success rate was significantly lower incidence longer reset success rate. Surgical treatment of 166 cases (43.5%), including failure of air enema reduction underwent surgery 95 cases,71 cases direct surgery (18.6%) after diagnosis, there are two cases of post-surgical treatment of recurrence (4.2%).
