| Objective:Under the guidance of the notions of enhanced recovery after surgery,Hongyuan capsule combined with acupuncture analgesia was applied in the treatment of patients with severed finger replantation, and the postoperative efficacy of patients with replantation was observed,so as to clarify the efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture analgesia in rapid recovery and provide reference for clinical practice. Methods:In this study,94 patients with amputated fingers from December 2021 to December 2022 were treated with replantation of severed fingers. The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=47).The control group was treated with Traditional western medicine treatment after operation, and the observation group was treated with Hongyuan capsule combined with acupuncture analgesia on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.General information(sex, age, injured hand, finger),four diagnostic conditions, postoperative VAS score, postoperative finger pulse oxygen, safety index(glutamic pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, creatinine, urea nitrogen),incidence of postoperative vascular crisis and survival rate of finger and body were collected, and the medical record collection table was improved. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS26.0 statistical software, and chi-square test, two independent sample t-test,rank sum test and other statistical methods were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two treatment schemes.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the general condition(sex, age, injured hand, finger, etc.)between the two groups.2.The VAS scores of the two groups were compared:The VAS scores of the two groups were measured at 6 hours,12 hours,24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after operation.Grinhaus-Gellers’ estimated value of deviation from the sphericity wasω=0.586.There was a significant difference in VAS score at different time after operation,F(2.345,215.75)=335.67,(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between the two groups at 6 hours and 72 hours after operation, but the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation.3.Comparing the postoperative finger pulse oxygen between the two groups, the estimated value of deviation from sphericity by Greenhouse-Gellers wasω=0.339.There was no significant difference in finger pulse oxygen between different groups at different time after operation,F(1.016,93.49)=335.67,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.there was 1 case of venous crisis in the observation group,6 cases of venous crisis and 2 cases of arterial crisis in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.The survival rate of finger body in the observation group was 97.9%.The survival rate of the control group was93.6%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.compared with the scores of Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes after operation between the two groups, the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group 3 days after operation(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant, but there was no significant difference 7 days after operation(P>0.05).Conclusions:Hongyuan capsule combined with acupuncture analgesia has a certain effect in patients after severed finger replantation, which can reduce early postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of vascular crisis after severed finger replantation. It has a certain value in enhanced recovery after surgery of patients with severed finger replantation. |
