Application Of Breviseapine In Treatment Of Digital Replantation

Objection:To observe iv infusion of low molecular dextran combined Breviseapine after digital replantation surgery of injured finger, and to note the prevention and treatment of vascular effects and effects on rurvial rate of digital replantation.Methods:Total34patients after digital replantation were divided randomly into observation group and control group.Both groups received routine anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, continuous heat lamp irradiation.The observation group was given low molecular dextran combined Breviseapine. Control group was given low molecular dextran. Observe and compare these tow groups for7days,then evaluate their curative effects with vascular crisis,finger survival and coagulation.Results:The tow groups both have significant difference of coagulation before and after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, there is no significant difference between the tow groups in coagulation,the rate of vascular crisis and finger survival (P>0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular dextran combined Breviseapine used after digital replantation is effective. But there is no significant difference between the tow groups in coagulation. Meridian barrier and blood stagnation can be found in hand trauma patients,While Breviscapus have good efficacy of blood circulation and anti-inflammatory analgesic. The effect of Breviscapine,dilation of blood vessels, anticoagulant and antithrombotic, is significant.
