| ObjectiveBy observing and analyzing the clinical effect of Regulating The Governor And Harmonizing The Mind acupuncture on tinnitus,the difference of curative effect between Regulating The Governor And Harmonizing The Mind acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on tinnitus is compared,to provide a basis for improving the curative effect of acupuncture on tinnitus and optimizing the diagnosis and treatment plan.Methods64 patients with tinnitus were included,and they were randomly divided into Regulating The Governor And Harmonizing The Mind acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group,with 32 patients in each group.The severity of tinnitus was assessed using the Tinnitus Severity Score(TEQ),Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after three courses of treatment.The data were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Before treatment,there were no significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,lesion site,TEQ score,THI score,SAS score and SDS score between the two groups(P>0.05),It has research comparability.(2)Within-group comparisons: When compared with the scores before treatment,both the Regulating The Governor And Harmonizing The Mind acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group showed significant improvement in TEQ score,THI score,SAS score,and SDS score after three courses of treatment(P<0.01).(3)Inter-group comparison: When compared with the scores of conventional acupuncture group after treatment,Regulating The Governor And Harmonizing The Mind acupuncture group showed significantly lower levels of TEQ score,THI score,SAS score,and SDS score,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)Efficacy comparison : The total effective rate of conventional acupuncture group was80.6%,while the total effective rate of the Regulating The Governor And Harmonizing The Mind acupuncture group was 86.7%.The total effective rate of the Regulating The Governor And Harmonizing The Mind acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).(5)Anxiety and depression were positively correlated with the severity of tinnitus(P<0.01).Conclusion(1)Both the conventional acupuncture group and Regulating The Governor And Harmonizing The Mind acupuncture group showed improvement in tinnitus severity and relief of anxiety and depression symptoms.(2)Regulating The Governor And Harmonizing The Mind acupuncture group had better efficacy in treating tinnitus compared to the conventional acupuncture group,and showed superior effectiveness in improving negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in patients.(3)There is a correlation between the severity of tinnitus and the presence of anxiety and depression. |
