Objective:The purpose of this study is observing the clinical effect of cake-separated moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence, and to explore the relationship between the severity of urinary incontinence and the neurological function of stroke. In the process, recording and analysis of various scoring scales and detection indicators of patients, the curative effect of cake-separated moxibustion with acupuncture in treating of post-stroke urinary incontinence was comprehensively evaluated,in order to provide a convenient, efficient and safe scheme for clinical treatment of this disease. In addition,it can offer a practical and theoretical basis for clinical application better of cake-separated moxibustion combined with acupuncture in treating of post-stroke urinary incontinence. Methods:There was 70 illnesses who with post-stroke urinary incontinence were selected as the subjects, and were divided into two groups in equal proportion by random number table method, with 35 patients in one team. The control group was conducted with acupuncture at Pangguangshu,Shenshu,Sanyinjiao and Zhongji, and the onther group was treated with Shenque medicated cake-separated moxibustion on the basis. Before and after therapy, what can we do is that analyzing the changes of the relevant disease scale and objective parameters of the two groups of patients.According to the results of the monitoring data in the two groups, the clinical efficacy of cake-separated moxibustion combined with acupuncture on this disease was analyzed and evaluated using statistical methods.Result:(1)Comparison of general conditions: Beacuse of no significant difference between the two groups in the gender, age or time of disease(P>0.05),and it is comparable.(2)Comparison of appraisal standard: After treatment, the maximum stored urine volume of the bladder and I-QOL score of the two groups were significantly increased, while the score of urinary incontinence scale and NIHSS score were significantly decreased(P<0.05);The improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the another one(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of efficacy evaluation: After the test, the number of subjects in the treatment group who were cured, markedly effective and effective was 11,13 and 9respectively,and the number of patients in the control group was 3,10 and 14 respectively. The efficiency of the treatment group was 94.28%,and the efficiency of the onther one was 77.14%,indicating that the two methods have achieved certain effects in improving urinary incontinence after stroke;According to Wilcoxon test,Z=-3.064,P=0.002<0.05,which is statistically significant. It can be considered that the efficacy of the observation is better than that of the control.(4)Comparison of safety evaluation: During the whole test, all the patient’s vital signs were stable without any adverse reactions, and the clinical trial process was successfully completed as required, with strong safety.Conclusion:(1)Both the cake-separated moxibust combined with acupuncture group and the simple acupuncture group have achieved certain efficacy in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence, but the cake-separated moxibustion combined with acupuncture group has more significant clinical efficacy.(2)The cake-separated moxibustion combined with acupuncture can not only significantly improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence in patients who are post-stroke urinary incontinence significantly, but also promote the recovery of neurological function of research objects.(3)The severity of urinary incontinence is positively correlated with the degree of neurological deficit in stroke.
