ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy and difference of ginger acupoint moxibustion and simple acupuncture in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke, and to verify the effectiveness of ginger-moisturizing moxibustion in treating post-stroke urinary incontinence, and provide a new way for clinical treatment of this disease.MethodsAccording to the randomization method,60 patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the experimental group(Ginger Moxibustion Group)and the control group(acupuncture group),and 30 patients in one group. In the treatment group, the patient was placed in the supine position, and the abdominal skin was fully exposed.Taking the patient Guanyuan and Zhongji acupoint as the center,a layer of sterile gauze was applied to the abdomen skin of the moxibustion site, and then the ginger was completely mashed into a muddy shape.Apply to the top of sterile gauze, the thickness of ginger mud is 1~2cm.The three sticks that are bundled together are ignited at the same time, and the moxibustion is performed 3~5cm from the abdominal skin, and the moxibustion time is about 50 minutes. Then, the patient takes the prone position again, and treats the upper iliac crest, the secondary iliac crest, the middle iliac crest, and the lower iliac crest on both sides of the lumbosacral region as the center. The treatment was performed once a day,7 days for a course of treatment, and 2 days for a course of treatment, for a total of 2 courses of treatment. In this study, the degree of urinary incontinence was evaluated before and after treatment, and the changes of clinical symptoms were observed. The data were processed by statistical software SPSS25.0.Results1 After the two groups of patients completed the treatment, the experimental group and the control group with the degree of urinary incontinence as the observation index were treated with the end of the first treatment, and the second treatment endedwith the χ2 test, and the comparison was made within the group,P < 0.05,indicating Both therapies improved the degree of urinary incontinence;at the end of 2courses,the test group and the control group were compared by the χ2 test, and the comparison between the groups,P <0.05,indicating that the two therapies have significant differences in improving the degree of urinary incontinence. The test group has a better effect;2 After the two groups of patients completed the treatment, the experimental group and the control group with the clinical symptom score as the observation index were treated with the first course of treatment before the end of the first course of treatment, and the second course was terminated by the rank sum test, and the comparison was made within the group,P < 0.05,indicating After treatment, the symptom scores of both groups were significantly improved. At the end of the two courses, the rank-sum test between the test group and the control group was compared between groups,P < 0.05,indicating that the two therapies improve the symptom score. There are obvious differences, and the test group has a better effect;3 At the end of the 2 courses, the clinical effects of urinary incontinence grade and clinical symptom scores of the two groups were tested by rank sum test,P value was less than 0.05,and the total effective rate of the two observation indicators was93.33% and 90.00%,respectively.The effect of ginger and moxibustion on urinary incontinence after stroke is better than that of acupuncture alone.Conclusions1 Ginger moxibustion and simple acupuncture can alleviate the pain caused by urinary incontinence after stroke.2 The effect of ginger-moisturizing method is better than that of simple acupuncture, which can significantly improve the degree and clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence.3 Ginger moxibustion is safe and effective for treating urinary incontinence after stroke. It is easy for patients to accept and worthy of clinical promotion.
