Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment on post-stroke urinary incontinence,PSUI.Methods:70 patients with PSUI were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with routine rehabilitation treatment, the control group was only given routine rehabilitation treatment. Before and after treatment, urination diary was used to evaluate the times of day urine, the times of night urine, the degree of urination urgency, the degree of urinary incontinence, the times of 24-hour urinary incontinence, and evaluate the curative effect.results:1.The scores of the times of day urine, the times of night urine, the degree of urination urgency, the degree of urinary incontinence, the times of 24-hour urinary incontinence and the total score of urination diary before treatment in the treatment group and the control group were compared with those in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.After treatment, the scores of the times of day urine, the times of night urine, the degree of urination urgency, the degree of urinary incontinence, the times of24-hour urinary incontinence and the total score of voiding diary in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment. The difference was significant(P < 0.05).3.After treatment, the scores of the times of day urine, the times of night urine, the degree of urination urgency, the degree of urinary incontinence, the times of24-hour urinary incontinence and the total score of voiding diary in the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment. The differencewas significant(P < 0.05).4.After treatment, the scores of the times of night urine, the degree of urination urgency, the degree of urinary incontinence and the total score of voiding diary in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the scores of the times of day urine and the times of 24-hour urinary incontinence(P > 0.05).5.The total effective rate was 84.38% in the treatment group and 71.88% in the control group. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).conclusions:1.Both acupuncture rehabilitation therapy and simple rehabilitation therapy can reduce the scores of the times of day urine, the times of night urine, the degree of urination urgency, the degree of urinary incontinence, the times of 24-hour urinary incontinence and the total score of voiding diary in patients with PSUI.And acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy was superior to simple rehabilitation therapy in reducing the scores of the times of night urine, the degree of urination urgency, the degree of urinary incontinence and the total score of voiding diary in patients with PSUI.Both acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and simple rehabilitation can improve the overall efficacy of PSUI patients, and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy is more clear than the simple rehabilitation treatment. Therefore, acupuncture treatment may be an important and effective treatment for PSUI.
