| Objective: To observe the objective clinical efficacy and changes of serum irisin and adiponectin in the treatment of obesity and nonalcoholic fatty liver,evaluate the efficacy and safety of yofloxacin beverage,and explore its mechanism of action.Methods: Obesity NAFLD patients were randomly divided into groups of treatment and control,with 30 groups in each group.During the exercise and diet intervention,the control group received a polyphosphatidylcholine capsule(2 grains per day,3 times a day).The treatment group received Heyi Kuding Drink(twice a day,morning and evening)based on the control group.The experiment course lasted for 12 weeks.Changes in obesity index(BMI,weight,WC,WHR),blood lipid index(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),liver function index(GGT,alt,AST),liver ultrasound scoring,Chinese medicine evidence points and serum iris protein and fatty acid levels were compared,and the safety index of the two patients’ treatment periods was closely monitored.result:1.Before and after treatment,we compared and analyzed the general indices such as gender,disease progression and age of the two patients.,so it was comparable(P>0.05).2.After treatment,BMI,body weight,CM and WHR in the two obesity index groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in both groups decreased and HDL-C level rose(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group TC,TG,LDL-C significantly decreased(P<0.05),and HDL-C did not significantly differ(P>0.05).4.After the treatment of liver function,both alt,GGT and AST values were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and both ALT and GGT and AST were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the liver ultrasound grading of both groups improved compared to before(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of liver ultrasound in the treatment group was 86.67%,while the total effective rate of liver ultrasound in the control group was 63.33%.The improvement effect of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).6.After treatment,both serum and adiponectin showed an average tendency(P<0.05),and the elevation of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).7.Compared with the former group,the total score of MTC syndrome in both groups decreased(P<0.05),while the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).8.Analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment revealed that the total response rate reached 80.00% in the control group,whereas it was 93.33% in the treatment group,and the clinical efficacy was significantly better(P<0.05).9.The two groups had no adverse reactions during the whole treatment process and were safe and reliable.Conclusion: Heyi Kuding Drink can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of obesity and NAFLD patients,correct their obesity status,correct the disorder of blood lipids,protect the liver function of patients,and improve the degree of nonalcoholic fatty liver.Other studies have found that gluten drinks can significantly change the serum irisin level,Adiponectin combines with obese patients and NAFLD,and its mechanism of action is to inhibit the release of inflammatory factors,correct inflammatory status,and improve related liver function.Its effectiveness and safety are accurate,and there are no allergic reactions and other adverse events in the 3-month clinical study.This clinic is worthy of promotion. |
