Modern scientific research has proved that the teas has many health benefits, such as reducing bloodfat, sugar and blood pressure, antioxidation and radiation protection and so on, then there is less says about different kinds of tea on obesity and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Therefore,The fermentated Pu-erhTea, Oolong tea (TieGuanYin),Black Tea,Fermented Pu-erh Tea Powder, Dark Tea Powder and Liubao Tea as the experimental materials, the lipid-lowering drugs as control group, animal models of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease was induced by Hyperlipidemia animals with exogenous diet, afterwards, All rats were sacrificed after30days’test feeding with different doses of the beverage, the expression of P4502E1and IGF ImRNA in target organs were observated, the serum levels of blood and liver function index and pathological changes of cell tissue and the liver were detected, with the modern medical methods and means, The effect of different teas were analysed and compared on obesity, subsidiary protection of nonalcoholic fatty liver to hyperlipidemia model ratsThe research results are as follows:1. Obesity(1) Fermented Pu-erh tea,TieGuanYin,Black Tea,Fermented Pu-erh tea powder,Dark tea powder and Liupu tea can effectively restrain the increasing weight of the rats.(2)Low and medium does groups of Fermented Pu-erh tea,low and high does groups of TieGuanYin,low and high does groups of Black Tea,low and medium does groups of Liupu tea can increase Pancreatic lipase activity effectively (P<0.01)(3) Fermented Pu-erh tea,TieGuan Yin,Black Tea,high does group of Dark tea powder and high does group of Liupu tea can decrease abdominal fat quality effectively (P<0.01).(4) Determination results of the Fat cell size measurement, Tissue microscope observations show that Fermented Pu-erh tea, TieGuanYin, Black Tea,medium does group of Fermented Pu-erh tea powder, high does group of Dark tea and high does group of Liupu tea can restrain abdominal fat cells largen, reduce too much abdominal fat accumulation in rats.2.Protection of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver(1) The serum levels of AST in Fermented Pu-erh tea, low and medium does groups of the TieGuanYin,low does group of Black tea,Fermented Pu-erh tea powder,Dark tea powder and Liupu tea significantly decreased (P<0.05,P<0.01);the serum levels of ALT in Fermented Pu-erh tea, low and high does groups of the Black tea,low does group of Fermented Pu-erh tea powder significantly decreased (P<0.05,P<0.01).(2) MDA,SOD,GSH-Px in liver homogenate show that Fermented Pu-erh tea,Dark tea powder and Liupu tea improve the oxidative damage of rat liver homogenate.(3)Liver histologic change, segmentl disesescore shows, Fermented Pu-erh tea,Liupu tea can improve the liver steatosis in hyperlipidemia model rats.3.study on the cell level.(1) Compared with the hyperlipidemia model group, expression of hepatocyte cytochrome P4502E1in Fermented Pu-erh tea powder,Liupu tea,Fermented Pu-erh tea and Black Tea significantly decreased,And the high does group of Fermented Pu-erh tea and the high does group of Black Tea has the most obvious effect (P<0.05)(2) Compared with the hyperlipidemia model group, expression of hepatocyte cytochrome IGF-I in high does group of Fermented Pu-erh tea powder,Tieguanyin, high does group of Fermented Pu-erh tea powder, medium does groups of Dark tea powder and medium, high does groups of tea significantly increased (P<0.05),And Fermented Pu-erh tea and Liupu Tea have the most obvious effect. Conclusion:Fermentated Pu-erhTea, Oolong tea (TieGuanYin),Black Tea,Fermented Pu-erh Tea Powder, Dark Tea Powder and Liubao Tea have effective effect on Obesity and Subsidiary Protection of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver to Hyperlipidemia Model Rats, then Fermentated Pu-erhTea,Liubao Tea have the most obvious effect.
