| Objective:Through the collection and analysis of pulmonary nodules cases, the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with pulmonary nodules were observed, the characteristics of TCM syndrome type and physical distribution were summarized, and the correlation between the two was explored, and the occurrence and development of pulmonary nodules were predicted, thus providing ideas for the treatment of pulmonary nodules by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:In this study,a total of 154 patients with pulmonary nodules were selected, and their general information(gender, age, respiratory symptoms, number of pulmonary nodules, etc.)were recorded.Their constitution were determined according to the classification and judgment criteria of TCM constitution, and the TCM syndrome types of were determined according to the clinical symptoms survey form. The Excel table was used to establish the original database, and the SPSS26.0 software was used to study the characteristics of PN TCM syndrome type and physical distribution, and explore the correlation between the two.Results:1.This experiment collected 154 patients with pulmonary nodules,68 males and 86females,with a male to female ratio of 1:1.26.The maximum age was 80 years old,and the youngest age was 25 years old, including 68 people in the youth group,44 people in the middle age group, and 42 people in the elderly group.111 pulmonary nodules had no significant respiratory symptoms(72.08%).2.According to the proportion of TCM syndrome from high to low:sputum and blood stasis mixed syndrome(32.47%)>lung and spleen deficiency(29.22%)>liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome(23.38%)>Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome(14.94%).In the correlation analysis of TCM syndrome type and age in 154 patients with pulmonary nodules,χ~2=26.229,P=0.000,which difference in the distribution of patients with pulmonary nodules with different age.3.Among the 154 patients with pulmonary nodules,Qi deficiency type was the most,45(29.22%),6 cases of damp heat type and special type are the least(3.90%).The remaining constitution was:33 cases of Qi stagnation type(21.43%)>18 cases of Yang deficiency type(11.69%)>14cases of phlegm-dampness type(9.09%)>12 cases of Yin deficiency type(7.79%)>11 cases of blood stasis type(7.14%)>9 cases of peaceful type(5.84%).The Fisher precision test between the age of the included cases and the TCM constitution,P=0.002,indicating that there is some correlation between the TCM syndrome type and age of patients with pulmonary nodules.4.The Fisher exact test was performed between 154 patients with pulmonary nodules,P=0.00,and there was a clear correlation between TCM syndrome types and constitution types in patients with pulmonary nodules.Liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome is related to Qi stagnation type, lung and spleen deficiency syndrome is related to Yang deficiency type, sputum and blood stasis mixed syndrome is related to a variety of TCM constitutions(special type, peaceful type, blood stasis type, damp heat type,phlegm-dampness type),and Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome is related to Yin deficiency type. The difference in the relationship between Qi deficiency type and the four syndrome types is not obvious, and it is closely related to sputum and blood stasis mixed syndrome and lung and spleen deficiency syndrome.Conclusions:1.Pulmonary nodules are more common in women than in men;more common in young people;most patients with pulmonary nodules have no obvious respiratory symptoms.2.Sputum and blood stasis mixed syndrome and lung and spleen deficiency syndrome are the most common types in patients with pulmonary nodules,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome is rare.Patients with pulmonary nodules of different ages have different TCM syndrome. The young people are more common with lung and spleen deficiency syndrome, the middle-aged people are more common with sputum and blood stasis mixed syndrome and liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome, the elderly are more common with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.3.Qi deficiency type and Qi depression type are the most common cases in patients with pulmonary nodules. The TCM constitution of pulmonary nodule patients of different ages is different.Young people are often in Qi deficiency type and Yang deficiency type,middle-aged people are mostly in Qi depression type, and elderly patients are mainly in Yin deficiency type.4.The correlation between TCM syndrome and TCM constitution in patients with pulmonary nodules is obvious, patients with Qi depression type tend to express liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome, with Yang depression type tend to have lung and spleen deficiency syndrome, with Yin deficiency type tend to have Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.Patients with special type, peaceful type, blood stasis type, damp heat type and phlegm-dampness type all tend to have sputum and blood stasis mixed syndrome.Qi deficiency type patients can express four TCM syndromes, more inclined to sputum and blood stasis mixed syndrome and lung spleen deficiency syndrome. |
