Analysis Of The Distribution Law Of TCM Constitution In Patients With Pulmonary Nodules

Objective In this study,we analyzed the physical distribution of 250 patients with small pulmonary nodules,aimed at exploring the physical types of patients with the disease,exploring whether there is a correlation between the disease,and exploring the correlation between different types of pulmonary nodules and TCM constitution.In order to provide reference for Chinese medicine to prevent small pulmonary nodules.Methods From September 2017 to January 2019,the Department of Pulmonary Nodules in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine conducted a TCM physique study on patients with pulmonary nodules who had imaging evidence,and recorded general information of patients.Accompanied by symptoms,physical factors and other data,and then judged and typed,and the three-dimensional reconstruction and analysis of the patient's lung lesions by the medical imaging department,and the healthy person who voluntarily accepted the TCM constitution identification of the hospital's physical examination center as the control group,After the study,we analyzed the data by SPSS22.0.Results The survey included 250 patients with small nodules in the lungs,107 males and 143 females.The TCM constitution of patients with small pulmonary nodules is mainly biased,especially qi deficiency,which is statistically different from the healthy control group.(1)The frequency of constitutional type is qi-deficiency(32.8%)> qi-depression(19.6%)> yang-deficiency(10.4%)> peace(10.0%)> phlegm-wet(8.8%)> yin-deficiency(5.6%)> blood-stasis(5.2%)> moist-heat(4.8%)> special intrinsic quality(2.8%).(2)The characteristics of pulmonary nodules are related to gender.The incidence of ground glass nodules is higher in female patients,and the physique of Chinese medicine is more common in qi stagnation.(3)There were no significant differences in the distribution of the nodules(ground glass nodules,solid nodules,or mixed density nodules)with different imaging densities.? Postoperative pathology confirmed that the proportion of qi stagnation in patients with early stage lung cancer was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The incidence of small nodules in the lungs is related to the constitution.The patients are mainly biased,and the qi deficiency is the most common type of constitution in patients with small pulmonary nodules.The incidence of ground glass nodules in female patients is higher than that in males,and the constitution is more common in qi stagnation.There was no significant difference in the distribution of interstitial constitutions with different imaging densities.The postoperative pathology confirmed that the proportion of qi stagnation in patients with early stage lung cancer was significantly increased.Provide an objective reference for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules in Chinese medicine.
