Clinical Study Of Taiji Liuhe Acupuncture Therapy For Chronic Diarrhea With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

1.Objective Objectively evaluate the difference of curative effect between Taiji Liuhe acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture on chronic diarrhea with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.To explore the clinical effectiveness of Taiji Liuhe acupuncture therapy in the treatment of this disease and to provide an ideal and feasible therapeutic program.2.MethodSixty patients with chronic diarrhea with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(Taiji Liuhe acupuncture therapy group)30cases and control group(conventional acupuncture group)30 cases.The treatment group was given Taiji Liuhe acupuncture treatment,once every other day after enrollment,2 weeks as a course of treatment,2 courses of uninterrupted treatment,a total of 14 times;the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the course was consistent the treatment group.The TCM syndrome integral,quality of life integral and main symptom integral were filled in before and after treatment,respectively,for comparative analysis.Two groups of patients were followed up 2weeks after treatment,and the TCM syndrome integrals of the patients were included in the statistics.The appropriate statistical analysis method was used to analyze the data collected by the two groups,and the results were compared to evaluate the efficacy.3.Results(1)Before treatment,the general basic information,TCM symptom integral,main symptom integral and quality of life integral of the two groups can be compared after analysis(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,the efficiency of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the efficiency of the control group was 66.67%,the inspection results showed that the clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).As for the main symptom integral,the two groups were more obviously improved after treatment than before(P<0.05),and the Taiji Liuhe acupuncture treatment group was better than the conventional acupuncture group in improving the main symptom integral(P<0.05).The score of TCM syndrome in both groups was significantly lower after treatment than before(P<0.05),and the total score of TCM syndrome decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the life quality integral of patients in both groups were obviously changed after treatment(P < 0.05),and the inspection results showed that the Taiji Liuhe acupuncture therapy group improved obviously compared with the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).(3)After the treatment,the TCM syndrome integral in the conventional acupuncture group was higher than that after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the treatment group(P>0.05).Moreover,the curative effect in Taiji Liuhe acupuncture treatment group was longer than that in conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).4.Conclusion(1)The use of Taiji Liuhe acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of chronic diarrhea with spleen and kidney yang deficiency has a positive effect,and the curative effect of Taiji Liuhe acupuncture therapy is relatively more significant.(2)Both Taiji Liuhe acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms(defecation traits and frequency),TCM syndromes and quality of life of patients with chronic diarrhea of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and the curative effect of Taiji Liuhe acupuncture therapy is relatively more obvious.(3)The treatment of chronic diarrhea of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome by Taiji Liuhe acupuncture therapy has a significant clinical curative effect.The maintenance of the therapeutic effect is more durable than that of conventional acupuncture,which can effectively delay the recurrence and the long-term effect is ideal.
