Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating chronic diarrhea warm spleen and stomach, and objectively evaluate the temperature acupuncture spleen diarrhea clinical efficacy and safety in order to develop a prescription acupoints and practices of acupuncture, its clinical use foundation.Methods:A total of60patients with chronic diarrhea of spleen and stomach, for March2014December2014of stomach disease, the patient, the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Acupuncture outpatient and inpatient.60patients were randomized in accordance with the principle of (randomly) assigned to the treatment group (warm acupuncture group) and control group (oral smecta group).30cases in each group. Two comparative studies, a course of five days, a total of two courses of treatment, two days rest between the two courses were observed and compared before and after treatment of symptoms and compared between the two groups, as well as comparing the efficacy of long-term use Spss17.0statistical analysis.Results:The treatment group and the control group were antidiarrheal effect, warm acupuncture treatment group was90.0%, oral smecta drug group was83.3%, the efficacy of acupuncture treatment group than warm smecta drug group (P<0.05). Three months after stopping treatment long-term follow-up, the recurrence rate was3.6%in the treatment group, the recurrence rate was32.0%in the control group, the experimental group was significantly better than the long-term efficacy in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:warm acupuncture treatment of chronic diarrhea (spleen and stomach) is safe and effective, worthy of promotion.
