The centralized office area is the area where the government functional departments work together.The daily operation and maintenance of the centralized office area is mainly in the charge of the government affairs management departments at all levels,mainly including the environmental sanitation,landscaping,conference services,security and the daily management of the office canteen.In the current prevention and control of COVID-19 in China,the centralized office areas of government agencies shoulder the responsibility of guarding the health and life safety of the visiting masses,cadres and workers,and building a solid rear for the front line of epidemic prevention.They are the key areas for the prevention and control of COVID-19.Therefore,it is the primary task of governments at all levels to do a good job in the normalized epidemic prevention and control,consolidate the achievements of epidemic prevention and control,build a strong defense line for epidemic prevention and control in the centralized office area,and ensure the safe,orderly and normal operation of the centralized office area.It is of great significance to study and discuss how to improve the normalized prevention and control ability of COVID-19 in the centralized office area.Taking the normalization prevention and control of the COVID-19 in the centralized office area of district P as an example,through the author’s work practice and field research,this paper collected a large number of basic information about the COVID-19 prevention and control in District P and relevant materials and data about the normalization prevention and control of the COVID-19 in the centralized office area of district P as the research basis,using the basic theories such as the office affairs management theory,coordination theory and public crisis management theory,using literature research,investigation and interview By means of questionnaires and comparative analysis,the status quo,existing problems and causes of the normalized prevention and control of COVID-19 in the centralized office area of district P were analyzed and studied,and the problems of normalized epidemic prevention in the four aspects of people and places,information sharing and joint prevention,emergency prevention system and professional medical security were sorted out.Combined with the comparison of the experience and practice of epidemic prevention and control in the centralized office area of district g and district W,Optimize and improve the existing normalized epidemic prevention mode and epidemic prevention mechanism,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the construction of intelligent epidemic prevention system,improve the collaborative epidemic prevention management mechanism,improve the normalized accurate epidemic prevention plan and strengthen the medical security of epidemic prevention,in order to provide reference and reference for the normalized epidemic prevention and control in the centralized office areas of local government organs in China.
