Research On The Improvement Of Diagnosis And Treatment Process In P Foreign-Funded Hospital

Under the guidance of the healthy China strategy,people have proposed higher requirements for a healthy life as society and national economy constantly develop.In the meantime,it has also promoted the growth of the public’s concern about the quality of medical services,patients’ expectations and demands for hospitals.The number of medical institutions is also increasing under the huge medical demand,which is reflected not only in public hospitals,but also in private medical institutions,including foreign-funded medical institutions.To make up for the vacancy of fine medical services in China and create a high-quality medical concept,foreign-funded medical institutions have been introduced to the Chinese market.However,some shortcomings of them are exposed while their advantages are embodied.The service mode of foreign-funded hospitals exists difference in contrast with that of domestic hospitals,which makes patients unable to fully accept and adapt.What’s more,the obstacles to their operation are caused by the different medical concepts brought about by cultural differences.Considering this problem,this thesis takes P foreign-funded hospital as an example.The concrete analysis is carried out to find out the medical service-related problems faced by foreign-funded hospitals after entering China.The problem among them that needs to be solved most urgently is the diagnosis and treatment process.The patient’s sense of medical experience is directly influenced by its design defects and low operating efficiency.By referring to literature and on the basis of the relevant theories of process optimization,the process program analysis,fish-bone diagram analysis,ESIA principles and other analysis tools are used in this thesis to find out the shortcomings of the medical operation model of foreign-funded hospitals,and the improved diagnosis and treatment process is used to make up for the operational defects.By carrying out the deep discussion and research on the diagnosis and treatment process,the main problems are determined to be patients’ breach of appointment and loss,as well as long diagnosis and treatment time.Based on the principles of ECRS and ESIA,the process perfection measures for problems are provided and the partial trial operation is conducted.In this way,the optimization and reconstruction of the diagnosis and treatment process is initially realized,the patients’ satisfaction and diagnosis and treatment efficiency are improved,the burden of the process is reduced,the situation of breach of appointment and loss,as well as long diagnosis and treatment time can be effectively alleviated.In accordance with the research,the perfection of the diagnosis and treatment process is able to enhance its efficiency,which can also better provide high-quality and fast medical services for patients,so the operating costs of medical institutions can be reduced and the income can be improved.Furthermore,the reference can be provided for similar hospitals in some relevant aspects.
