Along with our country town worker is basic medical treatment security system reform,and gradually develop medical and health system reform and in-depth,and the patient’s health ideas also change according to the improvement of living standards,management of hospital medical technology level and service level are put forward higher requirements.To this end,each medical institution needs to re-examine its management,quality,process,service,technology and patient satisfaction,and reform the hospital.The application of industrial engineering has expanded from manufacturing to service industry,and many foreign hospitals have applied the principles and methods of industrial engineering to their own management.Therefore,the ideas and methods of industrial engineering are introduced and applied to hospital management to improve hospital management level and efficiency.In this paper,a famous national grade hospital in Jiangsu province as the research object,combining with the principle of people-oriented principle in industrial engineering and the public welfare and service nature of public hospitals.Based on the theoretical system of industrial engineering,this paper carries out research from the following three aspects:at the strategic management level,the use of balanced scorecard for hospital performance management;at the business level,the sofftware interface of the hospital information system is optimized in terms of business process reengineering and practical operation.First according to the characteristics of the hospital and the public welfare nature,based on the balanced scorecard to establish hospital management performance evaluation index system,and compared with the case hospital status analysis,provide reference for hospital performance indicators.In terms of hospital business process,in view of the business process analysis to improve the inpatient,combing the existing business process,insist on taking patients as the center,condition in patients with first primary principle to improve the problems,in order to improve the work efficiency,break the barrier of the exchange of information between different departments.The application principle and method for engineering,evaluate the existing hospital information system interface,by using of the check table way of evaluation,combining microscopic evaluation on the gray theory method,and through the optimization to improve the usability of the interface,in order to improve the efficiency and effect of information system.
