Research On The Old-Aga Health Protection Of Rural Widowed Elderly In H County Of Guangxi From The Perspective Of Active Aging

The current social population aging phenomenon is prominent.Social and economic development has accelerated the flow of rural population to the city.With the core and miniaturization of the family structure,the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas is greatly challenged.Widowhood is a stage of life experience,relatively speaking,the pension problem of the widowed elderly in rural areas is becoming more and more serious and the old life of the widowed elderly is more likely to fall into risk.Because the widowed elderly in rural areas have suffered the life blow of losing the spouse,they suffer great widowed pain mentally and psychologically.Without a spouse to accompany them in their daily life and no one who can speak,they will feel spiritual loneliness and inner loneliness.Without the care and support of their spouses,the widowed elderly will face great difficulties in their old age.With the breakdown of elderly family structure,great changes have taken place in the elderly life of the rural widowed elderly.To ensure the elderly care and healthy life of the rural widowed elderly and realize the active aging of the rural widowed elderly has become the due meaning of China’s active response to population aging.This paper focuses on the special situation of rural widowed elderly in rural society.Based on the perspective of active aging,it is by designing a survey interview outline from the three dimensions of health,security and participation,and then visiting some rural areas in H county of Guangxi to conduct an interview and exchange on the rural widowed elderly in H county in order to initially understand the living health security conditions of the rural widowed elderly.Then by studying the literature at home and abroad to build the theoretical basis of positive aging theory,Maslow’s need hierarchy theory and activity theory,we can deeply understand the health dimensions of physical health,mental health and daily living ability,the security dimension of family security and social security,and the participation dimension of participating in labor production,leisure activities and social voluntary status based on the perspective of active aging.The study found that the rural widowed elderly face the problem.From the health dimension is that their physical and mental health is worrying,medical and health security is insufficient.The security dimension is that the family security function is not in place and the old-age security effect is not obvious.And the participation dimension is that they have low ability to participate in labor,do not participate in leisure activities and do not understand the pension volunteer services.Then the paper analyses the causes of the problems found from the dimensions of health,security and participation.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve old-age health protection of the widowed elderly in H county,Guangxi.
